- Due to my own personal experiences with playing premier and constantly having Inferno banned immediately, I thought I would do my part and post a video showing some lineups and strategies to help you are your teams do well on the map.

the main issue for me about this map is people easily block each other because its very narrow its much difficult to execute entry and trade without blocking their movement or my team crosshair 😢
i only play inferno. i dont get much time to play and it's my fav map. im stuck in low elo so i often get paired with noobs that dont know the map or callouts at all. very frustrating. good vid !

Pretty bold video title just for explaing some nade line ups. Expected more of a map guide with some more general map meta information like ct setups or site executions.

yeah for me personally inferno is hard to play T side.
B site needs lots of util and there is really only 1 entrance for T
A site has many multiple angles to clear and very open
One T holding top banana is enough. Just premolly car, nade corner and take car while your team gets mid and second mid control. Later on you can rotate to either a or B and throw a full exec against 2 CTs with the A players being 15 seconds away. Rest of team has to pressure the A players into more passive positions like side and pit so they get late info and cant rotate off. Easy 5 T rounds

If you are solo queuing, just get these points across to your teammates, if you control both apps and banana, you will win, the map is just a battle for those two control zones. Since the CT rotation is so long, if you lose both of those positions, you're fucked. If the CT's take your second mid and get behind you, you're fucked. That's how it's not CT sided, it's the rotation game, maps like Mirage have a lot faster rotation, even dust 2 is faster.

Maybe take some time and go into a practice match just to learn the smokes. I promise it’s worth it.

Inferno is still my favorite map. my only complaint is that: it feels a bit too dark and claustrophobic compared to the csgo counterpart.

I dislike that they put the arch roof on banana and middle. Inferno is still my favorite map. Perfect map if you know how to play agressive as T

LOL @ the person that said inferno is heavily CT sided when it has the 2nd highest T win percentage (hltv stats). They removed graveyard wall, removed balcony railing, and made it possible to molly pit from halls without exposing yourself.
They really have made the map way more balanced with those changes.
That first smoke/molly combo isn't stopping any rush. Please use a timer before giving advice on nade options. By the time that molly and smoke lands, anyone with even a half decent spawn has already taken control of banana. That smoke molly takes about 16-17 seconds per my test from the best spawn on CT, take into error and possible efficiency improvements as it gets used more often maybe 14-15 seconds. Meanwhile even a bad spawn on T side and I can get up to car in about 12-13 seconds. A better molly nade combo would be rushing car with the T then mollying the area just in front of it. Even a good T spawn will take considerable damage from that, and a nade thrown to it blows on top of the molly will either finish it or leave them extremely weak to be finished by the fire. Very rarely is someone able to survive that when rushing.
You’re not wrong but you’re also banking on the T side to always rush B. This at least allows you to molly and smoke banana from cover. With the molly you throw at the half wall, a simple flash from the enemy and them holding the W key makes you fall off of the angle or potentially gets you killed. Not to say that that molly doesn’t work, I of course use it myself but, everyone also knows how to do that and it never hurts to have something extra to add to your bag. Never know when you’ll need it. I also wanted to add that you normally don’t hold B site alone so you could even communicate the half wall molly with your teammate to help secure banana control. I appreciate your input, though! Tons of different ways to take banana control.

@@JosefZeethuvenmolly is to catch anyone who is pushing banana and to either force him to go forward or retreat. Smoke is to make the ones retreating go even further back, isolating them from the teammates that pushed. I also find the smoke pretty helpful when I'm pushing banana on CT, because the area I have to clear is smaller and I don't get sniped from middle. It's not a waste of utility, you use the same amount of utility on round start even on Mirage or Anubis

What is the point of the B molly where you aim at the cone ? its not spreading towards Woods and pizza so is this just to stop a rush when your playing defensive or ?
Correct. When combined with the smoke it’s a pretty ideal combo to waste time for the T’s.

Not really tactics. You’d be surprised how many people don’t know a coffin or CT smoke for B site.

Most important part on Inferno CT side is you either NEED banana or Second Mid control. You cant just hold both sides passively because of the long rotates. If your team doesnt take banana or second mid, the Ts will destroy you mid round and you will lose on CT side. And also B retakes from only CT spawn are almost impossible, retakes have to split between banana and CT. If you follow these two rules, you should win 80% of your games up until 22k elo with ease. Inferno is super easy if you understand the ring-like layout.
If you are the only guy with utility knowledge and m8s dont know single smoke, then inferno becomes impossible to win, its simple like that

some smokes are ass, youre vulnerable at some.
You gotta communicate to your team to “watch my --“. Super important to play as a team on Inferno.

good smokes i don’t agree with Ts smoking top bannana or top mid . maybe very very situational . In most cases the cts are more than happy with you throwing it for them
There are so many games that I have seen in lower elo that on both sides, they’ll just peek top mid and die because of it 10 seconds into the round so I think for those ranks, it’s good to know info. Very situational though
@@thethirdpigeonyeah i was imagining that it’s more for that too. once players get to a decent level 15k ish and up they should have an understanding of when and why they are peaking mid. for Intel, they have an awp, its eco round , they have a read on the opponents , strat call etc etc . Great vid . Can you do one for all those smokes that i see thrown from ct spawn recently. Iv had games where instantly every single round a smoke drops into t mid ramp, bannana and mid .

The only reason why I avoid Inferno in CS2 is because it drops my fps by like 50. It was my favourite map in GO, now I can not see sht in it. Feels like my screen freezes whenever more than 1 person is on screen. Add mollies on top of that and its game over.
May be time for a PC upgrade or lowering your settings. I hate to hear that :\
@@thethirdpigeon I can run almost any triple A game on highest settings with stable 120 fps lol I dont think upgrading is gonna fix CS2's problems.

This is why everyone hates this map 😂 learning lineups isn’t skill and the map revolves around knowing lineups and using utility to avoid actually playing the game. It’s so narrow there is no counter play or creativity
Lineups do help a ton, though. CS wouldn’t be the game it is without lineups.
