Learn a template. Use the template as a base for the note; get a grip and say what you mean to say, and no more. Report patient behaviors in a note and off-the-scale family behaviors in a behavioral note. Get a grip and protect yourself while doing what you can.

As someone wanting to go into nursing this helps me know what to avoid and what to work on myself.
I can see why my friends told me about this channel and many others regarding nursing.

No buddy nurse or preceptor has given me practical tips on time management. Ward nursing basics; BGLSs before breakfast, IVABs first as they take to set up, aftrrnoon shift TDS obs can wait a couple of hours. I've had it with Team Leaders who speak to me like a naughty toddler when I'm asking for help. 'Don't you know that?', 'Why do want to do that?' Two months in & love nursing but most nurses can't teach or have a grasp of basic manners.

It would be helpful if your videos were added to playlists instead of having to scroll through to find related videos. It takes away from study time. Very useful videos just not organized enough.
