I've cut many 5 windows over the last 55 years and I've never done a chop so clean or with so few cuts, great job Chad! Just when I thought I had nothing to learn you taught me something! thank you.

Are you serious, very thing this dudes touches is a catastrophe. He can't even do a simple weld with out it being contaminated. I went through this dudes whole timeline, and I haven't found one project that hasn't been a complete clusterfuck.

Because I had one in my younger years, I recently brought home a derilect 77 Trans Am needing a lot of work. Although I took welding classes at the local community college years ago, mainly arc and stick, I had not touched a welder in 45 years. I'm old now. But by watching Bad Chad I was inspired to buy a small mig welder. And although I didnt do a perfect job, I did a "good" job of zip cutting and replacing four patch floor panels. Onward and upward at the age of 75. Hopefully, not too far upward.😊

it's not necessarily haters maybe just someone who has a different opinion that's to be expected when you post videos publicly so you have to live with that. if you don't like someone who has a different opinion than your own you have to stop uploading videos it's that simple. but your welds look terrible sorry my honest opinion
Gotta admit, that's one fine chop on a five window coupe. Never in a million years would I see an 11 hour job look so very nice! As you perhaps already know I've sold Rolls-Royces & Bentleys for 58 years, all I ever did physically was polish and detail every nook & cranny before I sold one. You take a car completely to a new level of art. I enjoy your work, I'm 85 years young, and enjoy my hour watching you take things apart and weld them back in a new frame of mind! Lastly, this car should be painted before Jolene runs it down the track , even with a damn brush!!!! Oh yeah,,,,,
Your chop is fine... there will always be critics, and there is no way you can please everyone. Just work on making yourself happy with your work, not trying to please the whole world ... keep doing what you're doing 👌

No negativity - how you talked to your son is going to burn in him for a long time and I wouldn't blame him. He tried and you belittled him. I know my dad did the same thing and ruined our relationship for 25 years. Time you won't ever get back and missed out on even when amends are made. Defining terms is important or is that considered hate? People express opinions and speak from years of work as chassis alignment etc etc. Is that hate? Constructive criticism: is that hate? Apparently. Saying that no car gets finished for the last 2-3 years is that hate? Think Bugatti and the promises made re finishing that car for Jolene as just one example. Your words not ours.
@@Welder-y5x I am sure there may be some actual unnecessary comments made. Exaggerations. But that goes with a forum really. It is not to excue it. But I have read many, many comment disagreeing with what Chad is doing and it is not mere opinion it is fact. Eg with the 34 he said (actual words) I am taking the body off and I am going to make a floor for it. Totally the wrong thing to do at that point. Then there was no further talk about the floor. He started altering the chassis without pinning it down. Next thing is that it is twisted and then trying to assure everyone he is doing everything well. No he wasn't. But to comment is to hate according to Chad and those who sadly have no idea about engineering practice. As far as they are concerned everything that Chad does is great! Art has its place but not at the expense of proper design, strength and safety!

I am 75 and was building cars and restoring old cars. I taught myself how to do things that turned out pretty damn good and learned somethings the hard way . I am proud of what I accomplished all by myself. I think Chad and Jolene are still learning many things and both of you are getting better by the day. I have learned that many of the people that belittle you are jealous of what you guys are becoming. Just keep being who you are I like you that way.

Since I've been watching Bad Chad . The things that are most enjoyable for me about Chad is that .he provides his viewers. With a good explanation and demonstration on how to plan and complete the job at hand.
Hello Chad, I am French from FRANCE on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean and I like hot rods, I can tell you that it is very good work, often the top chops are made with a lot of cuts and lots of welding, with several car roofs or sometimes abandoned and broken down. Your work is excellent and very successful with very little cutting and little welding so the haters who criticize show your work.

well, Chad based on the loss of your viewership, I would say the last 10 to 15 episodes and by the way, every video you do shows how many views you had you’ve lost 45% of your viewers now I enjoy your content. I enjoy everything you do there’s only one thing I don’t enjoy when you start calling out negative people, you’re showing me that you’re just a crybaby and this part of your videos is getting pretty old with me so I’m thinking if it continues, you’re going to lose another viewer probably a lot more

I don't understand why you (called out the haters) All you done was give them what they want time and air? Don't do it, it's not a good look you are better than that and them? Then I watch one of your episodes and it inspires me to stand up, shake off the fear and fatigue, and forge ahead -- even if it's just one small step at a time. Your projects and the 100's of tasks you undertake give me confidence that I can handle my next challenge. How can you say he put no thought into it. It's chopped in the correct places, and it was no accident. Chad doesn't need to do a roof chop in record time he runs a UA-cam channel, and that's where he makes his money. As long as he keeps people engaged that's all he needs to do.

A lot of times, most of the criticism is coming from a good place and jealous is only an insecure response and largely ignorant unless you understand the full intent and content. I visit many different builders of different calibres and like Chad’s approach to many things but some error in judgement has been evident and it comes with having a channel. If you get lots of it, might be time to do a little soul search . Your comment sounded like a mother who has poor judgement across the board .
Chad you are a true artist! I’m an engineer with 40 years of experience and have built a lots of things and you are are a true builder. Why spend time drafting plans when they are already in your head. Kudo to you my friend!

Hello from Wyo,I was taught to use a propane torch ,get it hot then wire brush it and it knocks the lead right off and leaves the metal untouched. Nice chop very few cuts. Im amazed. 90% of the haters got nothing better to do and have never chopped a car so i wouldnt even pay any attention. They need a life where hate is the last thing in mind.I bet they never gave a live demonstration chop at a car show either. SMFH!Thanks for all you do!
