Very underrated goalkeeper. Very shaky in his career early on but became a solid keeper through the years
Yeah, a bit of a shame it didn't happen earlier for him, but once everything clicked he was genuinely class
That usually happens, keepers peak much later than outfield players, curious to how good Ramsdale could be a few years from now, maybe he could reinvent himself away from Arsenal.
He’s come a long way since “Flappy Hand-ski”
Always remember him flying out the box in extra time in the fa cup final. Gave me a fucking heart attack lol
Martinez too. He is solid now. He peaked at 29..30yrs old. He was shaky, sent on loan many times.
Ramsdale is good but lacks calmness. Always plays like he is under pressure.
Title topic starts at 4:05
Legend
I liked Fabi so much as an Arsenal fan. Had two Poles between the sticks. He left and became a solid keeper. Kudos to him
Obviously Swansea & West Ham have faced so many shots on target but if you look at his saves stats, he right up there.
Laudrup was the guy that took swansea to that next level, with Michu, Chico, and the gang
Why he fell off.. where is he now??
Mad that Swansea had Laudrup, Michu, Pablo Hernandez, Ben Davies, Andre Ayew, Renato Sanches etc. Good times they were.
@@theosantana7750 he left the season after winning the league cup because of some disagreements with the board apparently. I think he went to uzbekistan or some where else after, bringing Chico with him. Dont think anybody has heard from them since
@@azalikmar2 after Swansea i google he did alright in Qatar for Lekhwiya and Al Rayyan.. won 2 trophies... but he is Jobless since 2018.. one of my favourate players in the 90s and alltime
And World Cup winner Fernando Llorente
One of my favourite keepers that plays for West Ham.
Nice to see how much hes improved 👍🏼
loved him when he was with us at the emirates. i thought he was solid but a few errors here and there. i wished him well. lovely guy.
I like him. He is honest. He didn’t sugarcoat it, he knew Arsenal were patient, despite his inadequacies.🎉
Can youi do a special on body vs. verbal language please?
why you stopped doing videos with Goldbridge?
Because he’s a nonce
Gerry Payton has blood on his hands for ruining so many Arsenal keepers.
RVP was so good
We want to listen to Fabianski and Ben keeps interrupting his guests, we get it but you always here so let them talk more please 🙏🏽
Lewandowski is underrated
Good old FlappyHandsSki
as an Arsenal fan, Van Persie was a beast, Lewa is more complete!
#YJB #BigFabs - We’ve got a biiiiiiig Pol, in our goal….! ❤ 🦢🦢🦢
Wenger really rated him. Told reporters “you don’t see him in training”.
Fabianski went from pretty useless to pretty solid
He’s just not a big club player. Super talented. Unfortunately for him we had Wojciech Chez doing phenomenally with Brentford so he was always going to make it
Robin Van Persie in his prime was SO gifted
He was a 9 but a 10 at the same time, his ball control made it impossible to get the ball off him. RVP was the most talented striker I think Arsenal ever had (I’m putting Henry as a left winger)
Henry received through balls from the lw he wasn't a Winger
Henry was a proper striker.
Henry was a striker and so was Bergkamp. Stop trying to be hyperbolic
Henry was a striker and so was Bergkamp. Stop trying to be hyperbolic
RVP over Lewa is insane. RVP had 3 standout seasons, last 2 at Arsenal and the first at United.
A lot of fans would criticise Rvp for being a flop at Arsenal because of the injuries and only getting returns of 12 - 15 goals a season. But watching him play when he was fit always solidified my suspisions that if he goes a season without injury he'd be up there for all the awards in the pl. He just had so much quality and intelligence. In the end he underachieved massively in his career. You'll probably see another Lewa in your lifetime, never another Van Persie.
@@amithnambiar9867 As good as he was I wouldn't to go as far to say he was generational. The consistency wasn't there for the most part.
RVP started his career at Feyenoord and Arsenal on the left of attack. He wasn’t a out and out striker till later on, maybe 09/10?
Not that insane if its a one off game you can easily pick RVP because when he was at the best of his game he was unplayable he didn't have the consistently of someone like Lewandowski but both at their prime are pretty close to each other I think in terms of skill
I remember 4-4 at Anfield, Andrey Arshavin. This guy Fabianski looked shaky as fuck😂
He used to flappyhandski
3:22
He wasnt a bad keeper
Flappyanski lol so much howlers at Arsenal
Streets will never forget Swansea and Stoke
He never played for Stoke. After Swansea he went West Ham and he’s still there
They were in the prem only 6 years ago, feels like it only just happened
@@tutin4090 yh man. 6 years on Stoke are fighting to stay up in the championship and Swansea are a mid table team now
What are you on about you fud. They are existing clubs
Good keeper but that’s it. Good but not great!
David Seaman, Jens Lehmann... Everything else is was miss🚮🚮🚮 for Le Prof Wenger
Wasn’t good enough for Arsenal
He was awful at Arsenal that’s why
Keep that Tom off the podcast, he ruins it! Hasn’t got any knowledge on football, kills every convo, any joke, and banter, he literally kills it dead! He asks terrible questions, and hasn’t got a clue about basic knowledge of the game!
Not good enough
We can be grateful for helping us get to the FA cup final (13/14), particularly with his performance against Liverpool!
@@Mlaargaar one performance 😂😂
@@Mlaargaarpenalty heroics against Wigan as well
@@rossmccabe3667you say only one performance as if you have any real memories of his actual games when all you're doing is resorting to confirmation bias about his errors 😂
Because he wasn't good enough
Say it louder
@@frankiethomas1683 can't in writing lol or I would 👍
