It looks gorgeous. The building system in Conan is the thing that has always been pulling me towards it... Although while you were building it, it looked like a castle, but in context of the character, it looked more like a mid-sized mansion 😅

Build is gorgeous. And I'd give it about a 3.5 out of 5. Major issues I saw were there blocked off passageways and areas that should have access but didn't.
Fantastic build. Some suggestions: Use pillars and ceilings instead of foundation blocks, otherwise you will a have a lot of lag. Also the two extended roofs (gables?) on top on either end, put up up angle walls or wooden beams to give the illusion of support and tie the hanging roof in better. Thanks for showing how you tied the interiors together.
I always like building in our community in multiple of games this and exploring and also building again and again to improve defense (agaisnt invader or peoples that was to go inside our village 😂), in fact me and one of my friend was generaly refered to be the Architect of the community if needed 😂. I was actually making that kinda Hexagone shape (in the beginning) for my own secret Guild (the Assassin 😆) And you know in Unity when Arno is standing in the center of a big round room with the Master standing above of him in a high plateform. Its was my actual intentions of giving new friend that feeling 😂. And then before going to sleep i was looking for inspiration on how to finish it. And I'm here 😂. That map room is a good idea though, I might take this idea in my notes lol :P And instead of making little house, i'll just make a big fortress all around. The more you go to the others floor above, the more the fortress become tight. Ig it's will feel like that Mordor Tour in the end 😂😂. Thing that this game never like in his entire lifetime is light. Like too much torch and wtv this make the game so buggy Nice video dude 🖒🖒
After seeing this, I'd love to see your version of a Chinese hakka circle house. Would be a great design for a PvE base, especially with the thrall updates coming with age of heroes
I’ve never played Conan, so I have no clue if this is a massive structure in the game or just an average Tuesday. But all I know is that this thing looks epic, like it could crush my apartment with one sneeze
that would be so awesome if you mount that Base on a mountain or cliff with the only entrance being a bridge spanning over a hug cliffside or something like that.
Just built this base! but it leaves little room inside for movement around the map and a bit confusing as to what room is what.. I have a great wheel of pain up top but I am considering moving the map up top and the wheel inside for convenience. Other than that this base is pretty cool! Cheers bro!

i would want to say: kinda looks like places you find in skyrim, when you took a tour through there. but there were no loading screens when opening doors XD
I like the overall design, but there seems to be a lot of "dead" space. I may copy the outline but make more access, and surround it all in a wall for the purges. Though, that wont be until age of heroes starts.
you can make a column next to the building. make a small bridge from the column. and find yourself in a convenient place. It will be easy to install from above. the sight in the center of the screen should be directed to a point on the foundation exactly in the center. this can be seen in the video

in the game there are many different slaves of craftsmen and warriors who are located at the base. I show how to build a base and players who need it know about slaves) in the next update slaves will be able to move around the base and this will make the base even more alive
I see the argument there. And for sure wouldn't want to build something like this on a pvp server (obviously). But I personally enjoy building "roleplay" villages and larger bases like this in anything I play. Paths, foliage, decorations with each building designed for a specific profession with their dedicated crafting benches and items. Makes it feel more alive, and is more enjoyable to live in. You should like spending time in your base after a long haul.
I play with mods that increase stack size, reduces weight significantly or just nulls the weight for base building materials. I played solo most of the time though.

the wheel needs more than 2 height blocks. you'll have to make a hole in the ceiling and you won't be able to place the map)

you can make a column next to the building. make a small bridge from the column. and find yourself in a convenient place. It will be easy to install from above. the sight in the center of the screen should be directed to a point on the foundation exactly in the center. this can be seen in the video
you can also sink the map more into the floor. then it will take up less space

That's why I don't like big buildings. You're more running from one crate to another than you are playing in general.
