A lot mor women are now entering the profession and they are all as equally well qualifed as their male counterparts and as equally competent and able to do the job. When I flew with female colleagues I did not give it a second thought. We turn up, do the job and try and have nice drama free day out. If there are any young women out their eho are inspired to become an airline pilot by this video then go for it. The opportunities are there and in most countries there is no barrier due to your sex.

It’s interesting to me that there’s enough control feedback on a heavy like this 787 that the PIC has to react with that much yoke input. In a light aircraft you could see the airframe calling for control inputs, but in the video the aircraft appears steady as she goes.

When the pilot is adjusting the yoke, how do those movements not result in surprises? The movements seem to be much but appears to be simply fine tuning the activity.
