But why is this? I try so hard to tell myself that I'm a bad ass. That you got this. You've done it before. But my brain won't let that set in. Idk what to do anymore. I feel like I'm falling apart...

I messed up pretty bad, walked away from an absolutely once on a lifetime opportunity at work. I’m absolutely gutted, tried to make it right but it was long gone. Pain has been non stop for over a month now.
Just watched the full video. I guess it’s not as bad, they’ll always be other jobs, some probably much better than that opportunity…it might even come back up at some point.
Thank you I am greatful for everything in my life

much needed ,Thank you Dr Aziz again .. the handsome dr. guy lol!!
but yeah its really enlightning to address this part of ourselves which is keep blaming ourselves for everything , over responsiblity, burning yourself when there is a better option to see clearly, to see widely, truly yourselves and do what needs to be done rather than avoiding everything and anything scary. Really i just learned that its all about being practical, all about taking things head-on while taking care of yourselves and keep growing and keep going .
Thank you again Dr Aziz, you have truly changed the way i took life. Little by little everyday i learn and apply , still scared a lot , a lot but still doing it for my true self.. for Love.

The one who gave to the person concerned, which is me...or the one who received the money a month ago but is hounding me about it just now...can't tell. But I've completely foregone about dwelling on the mistake.

I've made several mistakes at work. I made one big one recently and I'm afraid my boss now really hates me. I heard from another coworker that she was talking bad about me behind my back during my previous mistake I made before. After my most recent mistake, I can't stop replaying it in my head. I've been having so much stress lately over reanalyzing things I've said, things I shouldn't have done ECT in my life in general. This mistake that I made really feels like it broke my self esteem. I've already apologized multiple times and cried about it. Thanks for the video you put things into perspective. Life is hard!!

But what if the person is my family, Aziz? My father.. He thinks that I'm the biggest failure. I'm 30 now and I'm still can't decide what am I. I am still his product. I do what he wants to do. If I won't do, he'll start blackmailing me emotionally. like, not eating for 3 days. I'm stuck. I can't even talk to him. If i try to talk with open heart, he inversely made me feel guilty, telling me that I'm a biggest failure, comparing to my cousins. I don't know what to do.

It’s unfortunate, too bad, tragic, because the majority of the education we get in school, is academics like Chemistry, Physics, or Math, History, but in the real world, none of those things really matter.
It’s really your ability to inspire, communicate, to lead, and engage, network with people that’s going to move you in upper management if you’re climbing a corporate ladder, make new friends, befriend people in your career to advance professionally, and what gets you a date if you’re single, and you want to put yourself out there, and even build a brand new network if you’re in a new city. That’s what it means to me."
