Looks like a good machine, but your problem is it only has one grip. I watched 20 guys using it at the convention I was at. They wipe it out to clean it. I feel if u put a machine out like this u should have disposable grips right away. It's fucked up to see tattoo artist handing out possible hepatitis or a death sentence using it. This definitely needs to be addressed in the community. This could turn out to be a big problem,
I use disposable scalper blades, they are packed individually and sterilized in the manufacture. They are sharp, and you don't have to waste time with sterilizing scizors.
ive got one of these machines and ive aced the settings for black and grey... But for colour I just can't seem to get decent packing? What give setting would you suggest is better softer or harder?

Yes, Flavio! Absolutely right. To adjust the softness and hardness of the give, remove the grip and twist the nob with the letters "S H" etched in (it is a black nob that sits towards the needle end on the machine).
Is there a way to change the give on the fly with the Xion wrapped like this? I'm probably being a little dumb but i can't change the give with out redoing the whole thing?
Set the machine before you start tattooing. Bag the machine in two stages. Grip and then body. This way you can open the grip if you have to. We have videos here about that.
The "tube" end...Is that part of the machine, or do you have special grips to go with it...I would assume that you can't just use that over without sterilizing it every time..are they different than the ERGO cartrage grips right???

If you don’t already know the answer to that I suggest you don’t even think about tattooing someone until you do.
