Don't buy this machine, worst customer service, machine works very complicated during job cant set the cartridge length easily with disposable cover during the job
It works great now...super happy with it...awesome machine...will be buying another asap...so i won't have to switch needles so often in the middle of a tattoo....LOVE THIS PRODUCT ...SO GLAD I PICK THIS ONE OUT OF 4 DIFFERENT MACHINES!!!! I RESEARCHED FOR 3 MONTHS BEFORE I BOUGHT ANYTHING!!!!
Can I use the small 1.8 or 2.5 cam thats on the Zion S on my Zion when I switch to PMU..I see I can purchase those cams separate ? or do I have to purchase the Zion S?
Is there a way to make the cable fit into the machine tighter because I just bought one plugged it in and every time I move the hand piece it cuts off and on off and on the company is suppose to send me another cable the cable looks fine but obviously it's not fitting snug enough and it's got a loose connection is there anything I can do to make this connection tight so the machine does not turn off and on off and on when I'm trying to use it?
@@sarahgibson391 I tried everything it would not go in, they sent me another one It did the same thing so I took a pair of pliers and had to pry open the entire gold part so it would fit. when buying one you would think they would make sure it fit before the mail it to you. I love it now...its an amazing tool. I just think if they took 2 seconds to stick the cord into the machine to make sure it fit correctly before they mailed it then people wouldn't freak out and be disappointed like I did ...but I fixed it ... works fine now.

Hi! All Xion S machines have the same weight of 4.7 oz (134 g). If you feel like your machine is considerably heavier than this - please turn it in for service. You can fill out a service form at www.microbeau.com/pages/request-repair
They gave me wrong cord and charged me $60 for that. I paid around $1800 on the machine set, which was too much for the machine that many features in it is still in the dark for everyone
Can I use the espectra Xion por Permament Make Up,, i mean what its the diferrece, Can I use the spectra Vertex nano needle with the Xion Spectra? not the s-.. thanks
The main difference between the Xion and Xion S is the stroke and the grip, as they are formulated for deeper needle penetration and longer working sessions.

Cartridge only takes a 3 seconds to change

Changing the stroke wheel on the machine would help it be usable for PMU procedures! Although the grips are different.
As the cord doesn't match with the pen how you can work. Waste of money

You just need to push it in firmly. I had the same thing. Don't be scared to push hard =)

Yes it would, you would just need a socket adapter as the electrical sockets are different

So you can only operate this with the pedal?
No you dont need a foot pedal, but you can use one of your more comfortable using one
The Xion S machine can be used with or without a foot pedal, it's your choice!

thats why I bought mine.. and yes the nano needle works in them...most all cartridge needles fit it.. SUPER HAPPY ABOUT THAT!!!!!!!
