    Only the sacrifice takedowns work,the rest are nonsense.Also,most women wont be able to break the headlock on the ground which by the way is done by leaning forward, not pulling away.

      Oh wow! Thank you for your infallible wisdom. The rest of us have been drastically enlightened by your feedback and education.
      Can't believe we've been so ignorant and that none of us ever considered it while creating a demo reel. Going forward we will toss out all else and only train no nonsense techniques - especially for a demo.
      Ps: next time please include a video link to how we can do it better. That way... we can all benefit and learn. Cheers :)

      @@EvokeMartialArts why would you demo techs you do not practise or practise those that do not work.Only the rolling one works and is easily presuire tested.

      Because demos are for entertainment and not instructional videos. They showcase possible applications of human physiology, while appreciating the grace and beauty in movement of said martial art. It is intended for aesthetic purposes to those whole appreciate that element of any art form.
