I love how these videos give the illusion that everyone can be a confident badass warrior. you have to be genetically gifted and be born in a certain environment to achieve that. you can't use fake it till you make it. it's not sustainable. why is there only few people like the ones we try to look upto, if this was all so practical?

Jon has definitely been excited about winning for a very long time but recently it looks like he's been scared of losing. I'm talking about the whole Aspinall situation. Other than that, he's a legit badass and you did a great job of presenting his legitimacy as an athlete in this video. There's definitely lessons to learn from him.

He’s talking about why Jon Jones is the best in the world. He obviously has the genetics to allow him to compete but that doesn’t mean he’s necessarily be ‘the best’.
His brothers aren’t Tom Brady or Lawrence Taylor, are they?
They’re just regular NFL players, so what made them just regular players while Johnny’s the goat?
      Belief.

it's mostly genetics and environmental factors. there's a reason why these people are elite of the elite, if everything could be achieved through practice and "faking till you make it" world will be full of warriors. sure we can try our hardest but only few will actually achieve that true warrior status. you can act all confident you want but if you can't back up through your talent and actions then you just come off as arrogant.

Bro what you just said is facts on facts. If everyone was gifted like Jon then everyone would be number one. Surely your work ethic will take you places but not at the elite level. Having his mindset is not something that can be done through practice or to build that confidence. Either you have it or you don’t. Talent is also not something you can practice or achieve. It’s a gift you received from birth.
