But , isnt the father equally responsible for child's growth. I understand a mother's role is much more when a child is upto 10 years but you can't expect a women to be best in everything. You want her to even earn and be independent . She can be at ease only when there is a proper support from her family especially from her husband.

For a working woman there should be support from her family.husband would have taken the responsibility of picking the child.mother in law should have supported her instead of scolding her and her parents .working woman are great in my opinion

@@edhayautube I respect your opinion. My story has a message and you have an interpretation. My short film captured the reality and the story is all about a career aspiring woman struggling to balance work and life. In fact the script consultants were women for this script. We wanted to narrate a story to two different types of personalities and choose whichever is applicable for you. I take equal responsibility for my son and this is how my family works. Its a message for the audience and understand the reality. Hope you got what i mean!!! I didnt justify men here as the father is portrayed as an irresponsible and a careless person here which is a message for men too. My success here is I made the audience engage and start relating the characters as themselves. God bless and good luck for your future!!!!

Ya it's true that in reality men don't do household chore on daily basis... But when we change, that will become reality. I always encounter men who think its a duty of a woman to take care of family and house. And your film supports it. You can see it in their comments. Of course you are so talented as a director. But I hope that your next movie will change those men's thoughts . Iam happy that your film engaged vast audience, yet let it not bring women back to kitchen. Let women and men share their responsibilities among themselves without society 's interruptions. Society' s stereotypes also includes always pushing men to take care of family's financial problems. A working mom's emotional story beautifully portrayed .....It made me cry during certain dialogues as I too have come across such situations in my life. At the end of the day, it's not money what we earn, but, memories to be cherished with our family. Kudos to all in the team especially the actors who had acted as wife & husband and specially to the little boy. Great job.

Tears rolling down...!! Not only working mothers even the moms stay at home mostly very busy n not finding time play with them. Sometimes I'm so guilty about that. This story is very emotional. In fact I watched this after I saw the heroine.. The main character she is one of my fave.
Why is the lady made to feel awful.. its not her mistake.. if a guy does a good job at his office... thats sincererity but if a woman does it it means she is not a good mother... ???the father shud tske half of the responsibility and thsts that!!!emphasize that.. the father can come and pick up the kid early and spend quality time right!! What the heck!!!
Hei understand one thing...mom is a one thing that can't be replaceable ok...here the mom's love is necessary for all child than the dad...there is various duties for mom and dad...here dad did his job perfect but not mom...so only this film is directed okay....but it is not for all mom...some of moms is like that only...

Yes sis but you must understand even his father is busy with work he can divide his time to son , wife and mother but here divya too much involved with work stuff till get rid of love bond between her son , husband and her family ,, tats no rite , she dont know how see separately the family and work , she thought she gives the best to her family but she's not actually .. Anyway its really must that every working watch this short film , i hd cried at last and i felt what the child should feel when her mom was come earlier ..

Hey there.. Good acting, nice storyline but awful message put across ..
Child upbringing should be a shared responsibility, not just the 'job' of the women. Family > Work should apply to both genders. Good try in engaging the father in the daily routine of getting the child ready for school etc but it's funny how only the woman is made to feel guilty and portrayed as an irresponsible parent here :/

This is a very misogynistic movie. Why is the mother alone made to feel like a PoS? She is the one who makes sure her son is ready on time to day care and is the one to pick him up at night. Then she has to sit and listen to her ill-mannered MiL insulting her and her parents. All the while, the husband complains about his wife to their son--undermining the mother's authority. He doesn't stand up to his mother. And then whines about granting a little freedom to women only to lose all self-respect in the process. He needs to grow a spine and learn to be a supporting partner.

What is the final output of this movie? Always women only need to be understood and changed them according to the situation? Then what is the role of men in their families? I completely disagree with this climax. It shows entire stereotypes which are prevailing against women. I understand the importance of the growth pattern of a child but the climax is not the end solution. Father also need to take care his son and help her wife. Then only life can be balanced.
