Counting food, power, water, shelter, communication, child care and transportation etc. perhaps 1 could cost $90.00 a month., say the cost of a phone. There is more than just the items I listed which is a monthly expenditure for care of a child. I left out clothes, insurance ( medical / car etc) there are so many things that come up everyday that are unexpected. Ninety dollars is NOTHING. If that young man believes he is taking car of his daughter, he needs to shadow the doctor who is taking care of her for 3 months, writing down every thing she spends daily. The red head that thinks she couldn’t put the car in her name has been given some bad info. You can register and get plates for as many cars as you want. Why does she think just because she abandoned her last car, and left the plates in it, that she couldn’t get tags for another vehicle.
What probably happened is that she abandoned the car and it was picked up by someone who scavenged it for parts and then left it derelict. The police will pick those vehicles up and take them to the impound lot at which point they find out who the car is registered to and they can charge them for you know various different civil offenses for the abandonment of the vehicle in public. That’s why you always relinquish your title .
