Sometimes i hate these type of filler episodes that have strong contradiction with the original story from the manga .. I mean in the manga it was literally stated that naruto was completely alone in the academy with no friends at all and naruto was always saying that he was completely alone and no one was there for him when he was kid and he never mentioned that shikamaru and choji were there for him ! Whenever naruto talked about his childhood, he always said that iruka sensie is the first person ever who have acknowledged him .. In this filler episode they show us that shikamaru and choji were hanging out with him for some reasons and that just ruined the entire concept of naruto childhood's story which was about naruto being totally alone and outcast in the academy days 🤦♀️
