Andhra is the place u find tasty food throughout india... Best in south india 🇮🇳 Rayalaseema: Raagi sangati nathikodi pulusu palli chetni ❤️❤️ Telangana: Biriyani most.. ❤️❤️ Konaseema: unlimited can't tell ❤️❤️❤️
I came from the north and did my intermediate from vizag and since then i fell in love with the food.If i have 1 cuisine to choose to eat for the rest of my life its Andhra/rayalseema/Telangana food.
Best Food in South 1. Andhra / Telugu cusine : Just for the Varieties they have - If they can serve 50 different types of Biryanis ,more than 500 different non vegitarian dishes and a thousand different Vegitarian curries , this is the go to place for food to explore. This is possible just because of the state has three different regions and each region has different recpies . 2.Karnataka: : Good thing about Karnataka’s cuisine is that it takes influence from its neighbours like Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra.so you get all flavours from all other states . However, the flavours change from region to region. Mangalore and Uttara Canara are famous for their tangy seafood. South Karnataka is known for various types of Bath. North Karnataka food is much spicier in comparison to the other parts of Karnataka. Food grains such as ragi, rice, jower, urad dal, semolina are some staples. Palm jaggery is also an important ingredient in Karnataka’s cuisine. Traditionally, meals are served on a banana leaf. 3.Keral Food : Kerala is the land of exotic spices, so do not be surprised by the spicy curries and dishes of this state. Kerala cuisine is a blend of both vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes but spiciness and taste assuring that it lingers long in your mind. But the only problem with kerala food is that they use coconut oil for cooking , which may not go well with other parts of India 4. TamilNadu: SAMBAR SAMBAR SAMBAR - if you think of Tamilnadu , only thing you think about is SAMBAR .They are specialists in making SAMBAR. They literally eat /drink sambar everyday . next comes pongal and they have also mastered the art of making pongal .kothu parata and kalaki omette are their speciality . All other dishes are highly over rated but not worthy at all
I have been around all of South India, but when it comes down to veg meals, Andhra meals are the best! For non veg meals, I prefer Kerala. Having said that, Tamil Nadu sambhar and Coorgi pork are also my favourites. I am from Assam by the way, incredible India!
Food looks great, AP is known to be the spice food capital state of India. If the food is too spicy for taste it can be cooled with Kingfisher, British Empire, Horsepower or even 2000, however if none are available the curd also works well for cooling 😃
Anubhav, what I enjoy about your food vlogs is the ease with which you seamlessly adjust to the environs and the cuisine of various places.. be it the rustic dhabas of Bihar or the star standards of these hyderabadi fancy restaurants. I have had some experience of Andhra foods at various places all over AP and I fear the heat element of their spices. So I really liked how you adapted to the spiciness of the food presented before you. I seriously missed the authentic hyderabadi Biriyani or the unmissable Pulihora (tamarind rice) or the lip smacking Haleem Thanks for the visual experience.
We need a place like this in Kolkata!! South Indian food is so underepresented here!! I would love to try all this as a thali. Mostly what we get is the regular breakfast fare and some places serving chicken chettinad!! Don't know how successful the biriyani would be but the rest will be hit for sure!!
mrudula g I don’t know bro, Kerala food also good, more sweet tasting foods natural sweetness of coconuts. Tamilnadu more earthy tasting foods due to use of pepper etc
Hyderabad shows on Delhi Food vlog is one of the best series, variety of foods... Anubhav thanks to your tour partner sankalap. I am from Delhi, now I understand why Delhiates rush to Andhra Bhavan Canteen to have spicy food. 😋😃

Panasapottu kura, inguva charu, muddapappu, avakura, bachhalakura rasam, vankaya kottimira karam, vanakaya menthi karam, avakaya, etc. Still lot left to explore... Authentic telugu bhramin cuisine.

I have travelled a lot across India and I can say that the Hyderabad area has some of the best quality foods. The average quality of food is just amazing and i think because the people there are serious about their cuisine.

The way , food partner Sankalp explained , was amazing, deep and detailed knowledge on each preparations, very nice.
Being a legitimate Hyderabadi , we have mild spice levels - I would never go to places this spicy !!
Andhra's food is spicy only. Hyderabad's cuisine which is mostly Irani is flavourful and not spicy. Andhra cuisine is not Hyderabadi.
