The Hobi Hobi no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to transform living people into toys, and erase memories of their existence from others. It has a secondary side effect of granting the eater eternal youth. It was eaten by Sugar.
The main strength of this fruit's power is that it allows the user to transform other people or animals into toys by touch. Upon transforming a person into a toy, the user can create a contract with the victims, forcing them to follow every order given at that point, against their will.

Man remember the days when people thought it was the the best, most broken fruit ever? Good times. Even with the relevation that Haki can counter Devil Fruit abilities, the fruit still has plenty of flaws that prevents it from being much other than "one touch, instant KO". You can only use your hands to affect people, the toys created are weak, you need multiple people if you want larger toys, and your reliant on enemies not knowing what your powers are.
