But refined oil is dangerous to health it is boiled 250 degrees, added chemicals , cheap mineral oil is added. groundnut is per kg. Rs. 120 to 130,. Oil extraction fro 1 kg is about half meter. That means the oil cost will be Rs 240 to 250. Plus over heads. Then how the Refind oil manufacturers sell at rs. 160 leter. Instead of using 2 spoons Use one spoon. Check up with refinded oil process. India have 30 to 40 percent Sugar patients mainly because of Using Refind oil.
