The. Douty Bridge doesn't do that? That goes right to the middle of down town. So what Im understanding is you want one to go to Social Services to Connect the North with the South? What effect is this going to do to our Taxes?
Hello, this project would be fully grant funded, so it would not affect Hanford residents' taxes. While the Douty bridge does connect North and South Hanford, it has one key difference: cars. The People's Bridge would be solely for the use of walking, biking, etc. It would also be closer to the commercial corridor of 12th Avenue, Adventist Health facilities, and services provided by Kings County.
Sooo a bridge to mitigate the homeless walking on the highways and roads quit beating around the bush and just say the truth lol that bridge will be trashed, graffitied, and camped on long before residents use it for biking and walking to those areas you specified
Some towns have walking paths through town but cannot use them because of the homeless. What will you do to ensure safety for people while using them
Would it be similar to the one in McFarland?
