"A dolphin and a shark? How?"
"Well son, when a shark and a dolphin love each other very much..."
🤣👍
Sick!!! Lol
Book was a man w gills metal teeth claws etc. Title "white shark". Was a nazi experiment lost in sunken U boat. Came out after its metal crate was raised. Started feeding on more then lil fish that'd found ways in its crate over decades. It thought an we read it's thoughts. No speaking etc no dumb looking shark head 😂
😄
"... and Gus gives them a bunch of meth..."
I love how the super shark sounds like a Jurassic Park Velociraptor, when shot by a handgun through water. Love it!
It also sounded like the t-rex from dino crisis at the start
@ Ah dang! That takes me WAY back, to my High School & early College days! Haha! Thank you, for that. And yeah, you’re right. It does
I'm pretty sure they got that sound for the Velociraptor from dolphins to begin with, so it's just coming full circle.
This used to play all the time on the Sci-Fi channel back in the day.
Facts 😂
God I miss when that channel used to be so good, would release good b rated sci-fi movies every 3 months or so
Sci-Fi Channel was lit back in the day. This is where I got introduced to this movie and so many other underappreciated gems.
Man... you remind me of the good ol' days. 90s had some really good sci-fi
Yeah remember seeing this years ago
Gus Fring always up to no good.
This is his early years of starting up his empire 😂
Omg I've watched the film twice only just reslised
The film is ...Peter Benchleys...Creature
Crazy story I actually met him once and I told him I like this movie and he said you actually liked that movie it was bad
Yeah but he fries a damn good chicken
4:13 was the blandest " No! Stop!!" Ive ever heard 😂.
Then proceeds to jump in the water 😅😂
2:47 When Gus sees me eating a box of Los Pollos Hermanos chicken.
He sounds exactly like Gus 😂
GRAB THAT WHEEL!!!!!!!!
"Your Partner is High", " You are done!, Fired!" 🫸🫷
I feel bad for all the hybrids. At least the dolphin-sharks had each other, but the poor human-shark was all alone.
So that's why he ate them
I'm sorry, what?!?!? A Human shark hybrid?????? Yaaaa imma have to watch this movie
Consequences of blood mixing 😉
@@diddykong7218It’s a good one.
all the comments i can see: HOLY SHIT THAT'S GUS FRING.
me: GUS FRING *AND* THE LORD MARSHAL OF THE NECROMONGERS?!
YES!!! Me too!!
You’re not the one to bring me down…
Ahhhh, i knew i recognized that face from somewhere but couldnt place it
First thing I thought of too,
Sharphin be like "You keep what you kill"
Holy shit, that's Giancarlo Esposito! Rewatching this feels kinda cool knowing this fact :P
Just a few short years before this he played in "Do The Right Thing"
And even though he was playing a young guy there apparently he was in his 40's or close to 40
You should see him alongside Sean Penn, George C. Scott, and Tom Cruise in "TAPS" 1981.
The other guy is Colm Feore. He's arguably just as good as Esposito and has been in a million things.
Colm is probably best known for the villain in Chronicles Of Riddick.
@@PalomasMusic666 he was badmouthing Italians in that movie, turned out he was Italian himself the whole time!!!
Maybe it's because I grew up in this decade, but the '90s were probably my favorite decade of cinematic history.
The precursor to the Indominus Rex before there was Jurassic World.
Stan Winston did such an amazing job with the creature suit and effects in this movie.
dude barely tried to grab the wheel at 3:40. LMAOOOO
He can't clearly. He used all his finger tips for 2 seconds and it didn't stop
That had me laughing outloud. Classic
He looked like me when my boss gives me a project.
Bruh said he gave it everything he got. No budge.
"YES, SIR!"
*0.01 seconds later*
"I CAN'T, SIR!"
Holy SHIT am I not nearly high enough to watch this gem of a movie!
I wish we saw more of the dolphin-shark hybrids in the movie
Same they got killed off to early by there older brother
@osbaldohernandez9174 Can you explain so there was 3 I'm a but confused.
and I'm here watching this scene and LOL.. I find commonalities to the tech-start up space... failed deployments, everyone in a panic after demo's and deployments go bad.. "Its why we need the money" Best Line Ever!
This production value is giving Stargate SG1 vibes and I love it
Its terrible .
Just because you can do something doesn't mean that you should do something..
humans procreating
And if you do it, make sure to take care of safety. The shark had less obstacles to overcome to get outside than the dude running after him.
4:47 Did the shark thing just make a goat sound? 😂
I just love seeing these idiots just pretty much jump into the water like "I should jump into the water and make it look like an invisible force just pushed me in."
lol Like 7 people were all pushing and shoving to be able to flounder into the water first. Gus Fring's pierced yells and screams for the Lord Marshall of the Necromongers contained a personal touch that suggested that their relationship was so much more than just a shark/human/pig/dolphin project. They loved each other very, very much. Stan Edgar's love for the Lord Marshall; the holy Half-Dead who has seen the UnderVerse, transcended the Sci-Fi channel and everything that sought to keep it buried and shackled. Much like the Pig-Man. This is Cinematic Gold. The screenwriter should be revered and...all of these people need to get into the pool with the pig-man now!!!!!!
Now, this is how sci fi monster movie should be made today.
Agreed
Lock that wheel, looks at it and puts his hand near it like a hot stove... "I cant"... that man is the o my reason this movie moves forward lol
4:27 Sounds like a velociraptor or xenomorph
same at 3:54 ish. That was a soundbite used for the velociraptors.
Because baby dolphins were used to help make up some of the velociraptor sound effects 😊
Man jaws was the only Benchley novel that got the full blown Hollywood experience I would love large scale remakes of white shark/creature and the beast.
3:41 mate you tried for half a second
😂
"Have we blown your mind, sir?"
"Yeah this the best Chicken I've ever had,"
Yeah, give an aggressive creature like a shark dolphin level intellect, then proceeded to torture it. That’s totally not going to come back and bite you in the ass. 🤦
The fact that a shark combined with dolphin and also being able to transform more was a good idea and is terrifying but they didn’t execute it well
AcTuAlLy, the hybrid in the smaller cage is Human-shark, the CREATURE for which the movie is nemesis for.
*named* for
@@robertlamey556 yeah that’s what I forgot to mention it’s part shark and part human which it’s scary a shark by itself but being part human it’s worse
"Yeah, yeah, but your scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could that they didn't stop to think if they should"
The novel on which this movie is based on is so much better.
In the novel the Creature is actually a deranged SS officer and triathlete who was turned into the ultimate marine warmachine by a mad Nazi scientist. There was no Dolphin/Shark hybrid DNA blending involved but gruesome surgery and mind altering.
If they had stuck more closely to Peter Benchley's novel this movie would have been a masterpiece.
This is one of those concept vs. execution movies that could've worked but didn't. The idea of a humanoid shark is pure nightmare fuel, but the design and the way these things move is almost laughably slow, especially out of the water.
I just remeber the one scene where the guy and girl are running and they just trip on EVERYTHING falling like 6 times
If you think this is bad there’s another film where they made the same concept but with a Friday the 13th type idea
Lmao at the sound of a roaring shark
When bad acting was applauded, i love that era!!!
Ok I've been trying to find Peter Benchley's The Beast and Creature on streaming services for a hot minute. Funny shit that these clips are starting to pop up. Maybe I'll find it on Roku soon
The full movie on here for free
Get the Blu-ray (this one) or DVD (The Beast). It's well worth having the physical copies.
Real cool movie, one of my most favorite creature features. 😃 🦈💪
Based on Great White by Peter Benchley. The novel was pretty good.
YES SIR!
I CAN'T SIR!
me frfr
Giancarlo Esposito is basically Gus Fring in every film 😂
Watch Do The Right Thing, he is a completely different character from Gus.
Gus ain't screamin like that😂😅😅😅
Wow haven’t seen this movie in years! Pretty cool to see Gus in it😂and also what inspired hybrids in JW
Wow, a creature feature.
Lowkey one of my favorite horror movies
I miss the Sci-Fi channel and this movie
I loved this movie when I was younger
Lol why are they snarling. I love the 90s cheesy sci fi films
You know it’s serious when 2 of your B.O.W.S get killed by a even deadlier more powerful version of themselves
This is the real Gus Fring origin story.
And it was at this moment he realized he needed to go into the chicken business.
5:44 Impressive how you could fire a gun without even pressing the trigger, and how thebullet shells won't eject from that beretta.
Grand Moff Gideon spotted.
😂😂😂😂😂😂
This was such a great underrated movie
This was one of my favorite movies ever on the syfy channel
What’s making raptor sounds from Jurassic Park? The sharks? 😂😂😂
Honestly, I don't think funding was their biggest problem. It was training all their men to front-flip into the water in the event of a break-out.
Why does the shark dolphin sound exactly like the raptors in Jurassic Park?
The same guys who worked on the special affects and dinosaurs were hired for this movie
the background music is soo 90s 😭😭😭😭😭
Omg I remember watching this movie a lot of times when I was a kid, omg how nostalgic 😢
I loved the book so much. Hearing the thoughts of „it“ was so cool
Only the Flash can defeat this monster
Only Harley can tame this creaturr
Or John Constantine
Our boy Gus is really putting it on extra here
Ow man what a great mini serie this was....
4:10 this guy so insane stopping the shark alone
The character Giancarlo Esposito played here was a complete contrast to how Gustavo Fring was depicted in the Breaking Bad/Better Call Saul series.
Because his character here is non-evil but can express desperation and frantic behaviour to the point of shouting orders, whereas Gus is a calm and composed villain who never raises his voice on anybody whatsoever.
So THAT is the contrast between Gus Fring and the character Esposito plays here. One is calm the other is not. One is composed the other is not. One does not raise his voice but the other does.
Check him out in chupacabra dark seas. Another great B movie about killer animals
I love the park where the shark uses a rocket launcher
It's crazy to go back look and see how many weird movies that he has popped up in. 😂😂😂
I don't know about this movie.
6:40 Is releasing the shark into the ocean the conclusion of this movie. I feel like I'm missing something. 🤔
Looks like a renegade street shark gone bad.
I like how they have 2 mac v sog soldiers with m16 tiger stripe camo and then they have a VA guerrilla with ak47
Who doesn't?
I can’t believe this escaped Academy recognition.
Straight up severs a steel cable with one swing of a machete.
Why so cute 😂😂😂
The original book was better. But the show was pretty good back in the day. Forgot Giancarlo was in it and the guy who played the necromonger lord in that Riddick movie.
VERY underrated movie
I had been looking for this movie for a long time, and I could not remember the name of it! This is a very underrated movie!
I always forget that at one point he was young 😅 same with Morgan Freeman honestly
Thank god Patterson took the time to put on his poncho and hat while pursuing that mutant.
Fun fact: based on a novel by Peter Benchley, author of Jaws.
In case you didn't read it in the description.
I must watch this
Why does this seem dubbed despite being in english natively?
Suddenly i felt like i was watch jurassic park with all the raptor noises
“Look at me.”
Colm Feore is a very talented actor. I will never forget the Storm of the Century. "Give me what I want and I'll go away."
The cinematography is just like early 1990s movie
Big Brotha All-my-TEE! went a little nutzo....
Good thing he took the time to put on his rain gear
It's not a shark or a dolphin. That's the sound of a pig. A pig-man. They've created a Pig-Man!
This is a good movie. I actually bought it on dvd.
What's the name of this movie
Peter Benchley’s ( that’s the name of the author of the book) Creature
I actually liked this when it was on TV.
so THIS is what he was doing back in Chile.
back when making movies about uncontrollable killer beast was just all the rage.
Gustavo Fring on vacation seeing his other evil friends
I see Gus still causing trouble.
monster noises under water ..
Gus has always looked that way.
The lieutenant seems like a normal dude here, but then he's super serious and almost antagonistic when he returns later on. Guess that's what the military does to a man.
Oh damn it's Gus Fring
Ah the Great Era of SciFi when they would make bootleg versions of Hollywood films
How many movies has this dude been in 😹😹😹💀😹😹
A dolphin and a shark…that’s dark
Human shark
Gustavo was out here just doing anything evil
Gus inspecting his latest batch, I see...
I really liked this movie back when it ran on the sci-fi channel. The only thing i didnt understand was how the creature survived years locked in the cage before it was accidentally released.
