    So what's the piece of paper flopping around between the back plate and chuck for? Wait let me guess your really fast at taking notes? Lol 😉

      +volcom7114 That's how you track it. You write down the diameter on each pass :)

      +russtuff Ever see hossmachine's video hard turning the screws? All kinds of pretty sparks and hot metal. I turned down some linear shafting on my poor little lathe and it was really unhappy doing it.

      volcom7114 I am confused. Why would he do that? I have followed Russ's videos for several years and never seen him do anything unsafe.

    Great video! But: It seems, that the pressure roller for the V-belt is on the wrong side of the belt? It should always be on the outer side of the belt, i thought? (see minute 1:45" and after)

      +HenrietteCNC I agree, but the manual shows it this way and it fits so I ran it.
