+russtuff Ever see hossmachine's video hard turning the screws? All kinds of pretty sparks and hot metal. I turned down some linear shafting on my poor little lathe and it was really unhappy doing it.
Great video! But: It seems, that the pressure roller for the V-belt is on the wrong side of the belt? It should always be on the outer side of the belt, i thought? (see minute 1:45" and after)
Great Job Russ
+CNC4XR7 Thanks!
So what's the piece of paper flopping around between the back plate and chuck for? Wait let me guess your really fast at taking notes? Lol 😉
+volcom7114 That's how you track it. You write down the diameter on each pass :)
+David Kirtley +volcom7114 You're both right. I have mad not taking skills.

+David Kirtley lol next it will be rags and he's gonna grow long hair and wear gloves that are two sizes to big for him. :)
volcom7114 I am confused. Why would he do that? I have followed Russ's videos for several years and never seen him do anything unsafe.

+HenrietteCNC I agree, but the manual shows it this way and it fits so I ran it.
