Equally important, the evidence shows that Defendant Dhana texted Plaintiff on August 7, 2023, at 12:36AM, texting him: "Let's try the Grove tomorrow after your appointment." To which, at 5:09AM, Plaintiff responded: ". No." Then shortly later, Plaintiff had the service for the phone he allow her to use, turned off. Then about two (2) hours thereafter, Defendant Dhana began defaming Plaintiff Doy. To defend himself, on August 8, 2023, 7:30AM, Plaintiff reported Defendant's false accusations to the police. And on August 14, 2023, Plaintiff Doy filed a TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER against Defendant Dhana (Case No: 23STR0053485), which was All GRANTED. It should also be noted that twelve (12) days after filming this Hot Bench episode, on September 12, 2023, at 5:12AM, (the Defendant) Dhana has contacted (the Plaintiff) Doy.
