It all depends what people were eating. You can be a vegan and eating only fries and drinking soft drinks. You can be smoking, using drugs or medication, drinking alcohol.

It depends, although I am ethically aligned with veganism, I can't process a lot of plant food like legumes, grains etc, and have estrogen dominance and insulin resistance (even healthy vegan is high carb) so Keto is the best diet for me as it helps with most of my health issues, I feel so freaking healthy on it compared to anything else I have tried, VERY significantly healthy in comparison to anything else (I have a lot of genetic health issues), but I generally just eat fish, not other meats, as honestly they gross me out. Each person's body is different! Some people do vegan Keto but I think it's pretty hard to keep up your nutritional needs on that unfortunately

You did not eat correctly then. Vegan is a lifestyle and not a diet. Once you figure it out and clear the saturated animal fats from your cells completely is when everthing changes. Dead animal flesh is disease and carnivores are designed for this consumption, not humans

One point that I hadn’t thought about till yesterday (I eat meat but now with tons of vegetables) is that plant based diets without meats lower testosterone levels. This has profound implications for a society as a whole.

@@carmadefries3729if you search are there are research studies both ways, so would have to go through them.
I’d forgotten but ages ago someone I knew said if he was running a prison he’d feed them vegetarian since it would make them more docile.

I believe testosterone levels have been decreasing dramatically across the board in westernized countries where people are eating plenty of animal products. Xenoestrogen from a variety of chemicals are the likely culprit along with too much dairy, which is also high in estrogen. As far as I can tell, certain minerals/elements such as zinc, selenium, and iodine are necessary for proper sex hormone levels in both men and women. Algae is high in all the essential minerals.

You can’t digest plant food if you are eating unhealthy animal products, polluting your blood and organs and guts and that’s the reason why so many people are sick. Red blood cells sticking together in a coating of saturated fat and cholesterol and trans fats and blocking your insulin receptors. Indigestible rotting food turns into chronic pain and causing inflammation, cancers, autoimmune diseases, diabetes, arthritis, gout. People find improvements when avoiding the symptoms of their unhealthy body, thus avoiding eating plant foods. But they are still polluting their blood and on the long run getting stroke, cancers or heart disease. Eating animal products, especially dairy is lowering your testosterone levels. Those products are high in estrogenes. Causing breast cancer or ovarian cancer or prostate cancer. Where did you hear the nonsense that plant food is lowering testosteron? Is that why rabbits multiply so fast? And why are you worried anyway? I think the world is better off with less testosterone. Less babies, less war. It’s a win/win situation 😄
