    I am grateful that Switch4good has presented Dr. Gardner’s insights to anyone interested on the internet. He is a truly effective communicator who is also very rigorous about the science. Thanks for bringing his fascinating twin study showing benefits of plant predominant eating. I love it for the health benefits but also because it’s way better for our planet. I feel good doing what I can so my children will inherit a better earth than if I continued to eat beef, pork, fish, and chicken. Great podcast!
