Just get a dvd, then go to your dad laptop, and install iso, and media creation tool, then choose install with usb or DVD, the the progress will start, and it will download, then go to your laptop, go to boot menu, choose the dvd that has the installation media, then boot from dvd, now your reinstalled the os.
Pobably the bios is corrupt or something. Disconnect the battery and open the laptop up. Disconnect the cmos battery (looks like a coin or is covered by a yellow material). After 1 minute, plug it back in. Let me know if it works
keep pressing escape ker after setting date and time, so each time i press esc the black screen appears for about (2~3 times) and after some time windows screen popped up and solved my problem 😅 Edit:- most of us might face problem to find date and time option. So here's the solution, press f10 when after you on the device then a blue screen with laptop settings might pop up press right arrow on keyboard to navigate. Then you'll find date and time option, press enter on it & change devices data and time according. After that keep pressing escape until window screen appears. Hope this helps 👍
