It’s better then subutex withdrawl bc it lasts 3-7 days for me I’m skinny it takes me 3 days to feel back to normal off it with some paws but no noticeable symptoms however with subutex you don’t get that until half a month of hell

@fallofanempire6039I actually have to agree with you there. YES, I completely understand everyone else’s point here about the severe symptoms and how they make you feel like you are or want to die. HOWEVER, I can also attest that I’ve been through the worst part of withdrawal from Heroin, as well as Methadone, I got all the way to the end, and a day before I would have been out of the acute withdrawal phase, I would end up relapsing. It’s a total mind fuck for me. I battle my own mind daily. It’s crazy the amount of physical trauma I can endure, yet to surrender to the process and allow myself to be sober/clean, that’s where I fall down time after time.

Baths help with shaking and muscle ache/pain. The only thing that makes me feel normal. You’re half your weight so you aren’t straining on your back and you can temp control it by turning the hot water on when it gets cold. I’d sit in it for 4-6 hours with something over my eyes and it by far is the most normal I felt without using stuff like ketamine

I quit fentanyl cold turkey with absolutely nothing but Gatorade. And let me tell you it was the worst thing I had ever been through. I was extremely sick for the first 10 days. I didnt sleep at all for the first 6 days. After day 10 it was slightly better but i would still have slight withdrawal symptoms on and off for 60 days. The only way it was possible was because i went to a 6 month rehab in another state and it was located in the middle of nowhere. My parents drove me there. The rehab had control of my money and I had no vehicle, and no phone. So leaving wasn’t an option. I was stuck and that was the only reason it was possible for me. After about 24 hrs into detox I was too sick to leave even if I wanted too. I love when it is compared to the flu, lol. I WISH it was like the flu. I now have 2 years clean and will never go back, the withdraws were THAT bad. I cannot go through that again! Good luck to the people going through this, I know it is absolutely awful. But it IS possible.

You’ll need a good week.. but It’ll be out your system in days.. but you’ll go through the struggle for a good 3 days and and it’ll slowly ease up.. your 7th day should feel like heaven compared to the 3rd day

@@THEMMYYThe2nd I promise it’s so worth it.. and just think, the longer you continue to use, the longer the withdrawals.. And it’s not going to be easy.. I wish I could tell you different.. But watching UA-cam videos can’t take the truth away.. it’s going to feel like hell.. like you’re dying.. But you’ll be fine.. watch all your favorite movies, stay hydrated and accept it.. I was so tired of the same ish I was going thru I was more than ready.. Eat your vegies, healthy fats and good quality protein. You do not need drugs. If you are sad, eat chocolate, ice cream or cake then walk at the park with music on.

My 61 year husband has been doing fetanol for 2 years now. 2 of his friends died. One friend was a friend of 30 years. Now he is running in to town 50 miles away with a 32 year old drug addicted street woman, they leave for 2 or 3 nights. Come home, he has her staying in our home , as her children live next door, her X wont allow her to live there, cuz of her drugs..
I wanted to help them get clean. My husband says he would die from the withdrawals so off "They" Go.
She has no income. So he hustles for her addiction and his. In ice storms , car problems, triple A towed them home they tell them its an engine problem, but they had no $ for gas. I am lost because I dont know what to do to convince them that they Can quit. Should i tell the woman to get out of my house. Or let them be partners?

I'm truly sorry to hear about the difficult situation you're facing with your husband and his friend. It's clear that their addiction to fentanyl is having a severe impact on your life and your relationship. It's important to remember that addiction is a complex issue and quitting can be incredibly challenging, especially without professional help. Encouraging them to seek treatment is a good step, but you also need to consider your own well-being in this situation. If you're unsure about what steps to take next, or if you just need someone to talk to for advice and support, please call us at (844) 590-0403. We're here to help you through this challenging time.
