I ordered this beautiful wig and what I received was not the same color. They advertise it as "highlighted" but to me its dark and nothing like yours, which is what I wanted! 4/30# was not even offered! Now I'm stuck with something I do not want.

Hi love, thank you. The wig will last quite a while considering it’s human hair. Restyling is necessary for refreshed curls after a few wears. Hope this helps.

I used a curling leave in conditioner I believe believe “As I am”with some water.
The hair is so cute! Did you hair have a smell to it? I ordered a wig and just got it but it has a smell.
Hey love I don’t recall a smell. However, I would not imagine it not having some type of smell due to processing. I did add product and the hair can be washed so I don’t presume that being a long term issue. I hope this helps!

Did it ruin the texture of the wig when you washed it?
@@lerhondajones7298 hi love I did a light com wash with conditioner. The wig went back to its natural state which is curly and I manipulated the curls. The hair is completely capable of bouncing back after washes. Just make sure not to wash it too often and detangle.

This company is not what you guys say it is. No instructions on washing or what shampoos and conditioners that work best. Everyone is not wig experts. I should have done my homework on this company. The return policy is horrible. Didn’t say anything bad only spoke the truth.
