I have the MPN-L-350 with a 3/8 x 75' Uber flex hose. The install is much harder with a stiffer hose. the screws that came with reel are too small to accomodate 3/8" uberflex I love mine as It is in garage and I only have a 1 car garage.
I have an EZ-PC13-5012-A in my garage and I love it. Dedicated 20A line to the reel so I have a 50' 20A extension cord that can get anywhere in the garage and outside. Garage isn't even done yet and the contractor has been using it. The EZ-coil mechanism is fantastic, no accidents with flying cords hitting the cars.
All of their stuff is decent. The BOSS polishers are really good. I use their Glass Cleaner and Interior scent. Griot's products is how I got my start detailing. I've had them all.
Hey I am sorry I just need to get this off my chest, the magnetic water outlet in the bottom of the compressor, will not work when that outlet of the compressor, is lower than the magnetic water outlet, there needs to be Flow for the water, and it will not go up as it seems in the video you have made of water lock just before the magnetic water outlet, remember air will only flow through the pipe when water is flowing. That help, thank you for a good and informative show, even here in Denmark we need something like that, just about to build my own system.
Yep, you are dead correct. It didn't work. I'll be making an update video soon on how I set it up. The tank already has an automatic pneumatic drain on it. I just didn't know how it worked.
Are you a fan of the hoses hanging from the ceiling Matt? Or would you rather have them close to the reel? I know you don’t have much choice with the ceiling being so tall.
Usually I wouldn't spend 20 minutes of my day watching a video about Air and Electrical hose reels/installation. But you make great content and I enjoy all your videos. Keep it up.
Another great video Matt. I use uni-strut daily as I’m a electrician and you can build anything with it haha. I always use lock washers though. To each their own. In my opinion I would stick with thr single cord and ditch the quad box. You get cords crossing all the time and it becomes a tangled mess haha. You could always do a solution where if your gonna have 4 single drops and then just ty-wrap a clean 3-way on your scan grip tri-pods then go off them or just have a 3-way sitting waiting to use if your gonna be going back in forth between the 12mm and 15mm polishers. But we shall see. Different strokes. Keep the crazy going buddy!
Haha I'd trust your first instinct and put a 35 cent safety line on those things. Stage and theater lighting technicians do it for a very good reason and they have even beefier truss systems.
Looks amazing , OGHQ Academy is being built. Thank you for doing these videos , I already purchased your complete 1322 kranzel system looking forward to buying only the best. Keep it up!
Have you thought about, when you are up the ladder doing the hoses etc, using a GoPro on a head mount so you can record with out having to worry about the camera

You never pulled on the power or air hoses at the end!
Why a swivel connection for the air hose reels, when the air QD’s swivel themselves already?
You'll see when I make a video about them. It is a 360 degree fluid swivel.

I just bought one and it retracts so slowly. Any idea to speed it up.
What is your opinion on Griots car care products?

trapcracker eclectic Bluetooth controlled reels?
There is something strangely satisfying about having them hanging on demand.
What happened to the UCF OG story video, I went to finish watching it and I can’t find it anymore
I've had to take a bunch of videos down. I'm sure I'll explain why some day.

Ha, ha... Thanks man.
I’m looking at the lp 350 is this still a good model ?
I prefer the EZ coil version.
Attention to deal is sick Matt 👍 keep up the fantastic work, HQ is gonna be awesome
Thanks brother.
Nicely done! I'll have to save up and do the same to my sculpture studio.

Yeah, I think the quad is too bulky and will stick with the single.

Controlled retraction on the reel is the winner for me. Most reels flail all over the place on retraction.
I want to work for Matt but Im in Houston
Theres a fly on his shin
Don’t hire any short people lol... oghq application: must be at least 6”2’
Welp he called unistrut crap he’s no longer a credible source for tools
If I win the lottery, my garage at home will be like this!
Coxreel's 100% USA MADE GOOD PRODUCTS i have some and i can know for sure better
Power cord reel is my dream. Pretty sad to most people. Detail on those is incredible.
