I *LOVE* fiction themed cookbooks, as long as they actually relate somehow to the work of fiction the cookbook is based off of. This one seems promising!
Might have to add that one. I have Star Wars Galaxy Edge and Life Day, Avengers Campus, and Sonic. I probably like The Sonic and Life Day ones best of those.
oh because he looks like the guy on stage? wow, that's a bit weird. you are saying that all people with those features look the same? oh boy, that's insensitive...
idk how you would accomplish it since there isn't an official cookbook yet but I truely belive a "Delicious In Dungeon" video would be perfect for your channel!!!!
At this point every game seems to have a cookbook even Diablo that doesn't have any cooking related items whatsoever... Meanwhile so many JRPG's that have beautiful food renderings have none, sad.
Then there's Pokémon which has some very delicious looking food in the games, multiple cookbooks...and yet none of the dishes FROM THE GAMES are found in the books!
If I may make a suggestion, have you considered checking out the Ticket to Ride cookbook? It's mostly regional food from across the United States. Might be a nice break from food from made up places.
"To be honest, I don't really remember anything food related" Well, there's Tyrael complaining about his digestion every single time you walk up to him at the end of the third game until they had to patch it to occur less frequently with a snarky patch note about it because it got annoying.
One day, Miso will make a full length movie with his wacky imagination and we'll all watch it. I, too, was expecting a lot more dark and fiery recipes out of this cookbook. :/ Something about it reminds me of 70-90s themed dinners.
I might have to get this book since the recipes look super delicious! I played so much Diablo 2 when I was a kid. One of my favorite games. These recipes might finally push/force me to get food processor.
Bunch of reasons: the clicker gameplay, the incomprehensible randomised loot, the blatant money-squeezing (which isn’t unique to Diablo; I just hate how Blizzard constantly claims it’s for the good of the player), and most of all the misguided belief that all you need to do to be deep and complex is make the tone absolutely miserable, and name everyone by just copy-pasting words from the Wikipedia page for demonology. It genuinely makes me cringe. I played games with elements of all these: Borderlands has random loot and a bunch of Sony exclusives like Last of Us and Ghost of Tsushima have a grimdark atmosphere, but the gameplay is solid. It’s the way that Diablo combines all these aspects I dislike that’s just too much for me. Sorry is I seen vitriolic, I rarely get to explain my disdain for Diablo😅
I suspect that the beef recipe maybe was written with a more coarse type of salt in mind, rather than fine table salt. That's always an issue when giving volumetric measurements for things which don't always have the same density.
I usually, as I mentioned before, rate books based on how close they are to being a good representation of in game cuisine. This...has a "DEBATABLE" rating. They look like they could exist in world, but there isn't enough to make me believe it.

I have a nice cookbook collection after discovering this channel. Even though it's unofficial I really like my Simpsons one. I also have the official Star Wars Galaxy Edge, Star Wars Life Day, Avengers Campus, and Sonic the hedgehog cookbooks.
The point on the potential salt typo in the beef had me PTSD to a bagged rice recipe I made once that called for a PINT of salt. Only time Ive ever quadruple checked the text for a recipe, and fully assumed they meant 'a pinch' lmao.
I played Diablo 1 and 2 and there wasn't mention any food. The first game was focused on going deep intro katacombs to defeat Diablo. Second even that we "travel to other cities" and some towns are mentioned what story they have. The third I didn't played. I wish I could play with three youtuber, because it would be interesting than playing alone. Anyway you are right. I expected food loking like similar to Call of Cthulhu so I'm dissapointed. At least food is devilish tasty. Worth to commit a sin.
The food you made looks really good but I think your final analysis nailed my feelings: I play a lot of games that make me hungry and Diablo just isn’t one of them lol
Why would there be salt at all in the beef if you're going to combine it with bacon? It feels like you could leave it out entirely and the bacon would just cover all your salt needs
@@youraftermyrobotbee So how come I'm not shadow banned for saying it just there? People are so paranoid! Stop living in fear of what a stupid algorithm may or may not do and just use real words!
I mean, I really don't mind the sponsorship and I kinda like Tokyo Treat (though it's a bit too expensive for me) but it doesn't really fit the vibe of your channel? I would understand if an anime channel had this sponsorship..? I dunno, it felt very out of place to me, haha. And honestly, do you need this when you have Patreons (myself included)? Either way, great video as usual!! Love your content!

Congrats on getting sponsored! So happy you getting the attention you deserve. Another Banger from Miso always makes the day better
Mushroom rolls sound really good, I might try that one next month.
Hope you enjoy! Make sure to mix the cashews in lol
Been playing Red Dead Redemption and would love a cookbook with cowboy recipes. 🤠
I love the cooking in RDR! I think that would make for an awesome cookbook 👍
A whole lot of beans recipes
Cowboy Kent Rollins on UA-cam. Really good stuff there.

Hoping the Trails of series now gets one with it becoming popular. I have made a bunch of stuff from those games just looking at the tiny art lol.
No kidding. I've been all but begging for an official Final Fantasy XV cookbook. Say what you will about the gameplay, but the food looks amazing.
If I may make a suggestion, have you considered checking out the Ticket to Ride cookbook? It's mostly regional food from across the United States. Might be a nice break from food from made up places.

Exactly! That much fine salt is too much, but I could definitely see using that much of a course salt.

I would have used the bacon fat to cook those mushrooms and carrots.
Greatest intro yet, that was great
It does seem like a lot of salt for the meat and it's probably supposed to be teaspoon instead of tablespoon

What type of salt where you using? It looked like 1 Tbsp. table salt in the vid not 1 Tbsp. kosher, does the recipe specify what to use?
Deliciously Nice
