    Bravo les gars. J'ai apprécié les conseils sur l'alimentation - surtout de consommer des électrolytes à chaque deux bouteilles d'eau. Bon tip! Je ne race pas vraiment mais je m'aventure à faire des longues distances format bikepacking (300km+ en 24hr solo, auto-suffisant). A+ d'Ottawa et bon rétablissement aux poignets de Vincent!

    I love long rides and it's something I might do in the future! Thanks for the tips!
    Now I need a bike fit and aero-bars because my bike can't handle more than 250km this year x)

    It would be interesting hearing about this guys health issues. Broken knees, exhaustion, everyday life functioning. Big rides are a thing to remember, but I'd rather not be remembered by painful knees my whole life.

    Hmm.. saddle sores are my biggest enemy so far. I moved to a fairly narrow, short (Spec Power) saddle and tight bibs but still an issue. I'm thinking dropping weight will help. Happy to try one more saddle?

      My go to saddle is the Pro Strealth, but similar to Spec Power in shape. Do you use chamois cream? It's a game changer for me on longer ride.
      Also, high-end bibs such as 7Mesh, Rapha etc.. do make a big difference
