ਮਹਾਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਦੀ ਸੋਲਾਪੁਰ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਸੀਟ ਤੋਂ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਸੰਸਦ ਪ੍ਰਣੀਤੀ ਸ਼ਿੰਦੇ ਨੇ ਮਾਨਸੂਨ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਮੰਡੀ ਦੀ ਸੰਸਦ ਕੰਗਨਾ ਰਣੌਤ 'ਤੇ ਚੁਟਕੀ ਲਈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ (ਕੰਗਨਾ ਰਣੌਤ) ਮੁਤਾਬਕ 2014 ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦੇਸ਼ 'ਚ ਕੋਈ ਚੰਗਾ ਕੰਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਕੁਝ ਮਹਾਨ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਦੇਸ਼ 2014 'ਚ ਹੀ ਆਜ਼ਾਦ ਹੋਇਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਪੂਰੀਆਂ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਇਸ ਦੇਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਨਹਿਰੂ-ਗਾਂਧੀ ਦਾ ਦੇਸ਼ ਮੰਨੇਗੀ।
Congress MP from Solapur Lok Sabha seat of Maharashtra, Praniti Shinde took a dig at Mandi MP Kangana Ranaut during the monsoon session. He said that according to him (Kangana Ranaut), no good work was done in the country before 2014 and according to some great people, the country became independent only in 2014. He said that despite their best efforts, the world will consider this country as the country of Nehru-Gandhi.
