I had a similar workout regime a few years back but I was eating 1500 calories. That’s still low. Now I eat 2200 and I’m still losing weight. I was getting so many headaches and hungry.

You’re suppose to slowly reduce your calories when trying to lose weight . Dietician and Nutritionist actually have plenty of meal plans and weight lost regimens for 1200 . As Americans we actually over eat which is why we have an issue with obesity. If your body is used to getting 3,000 and all of a sudden you just go to 1200 you are going to feel the effects . Please consult a licensed doctor or specialist when trying to do something like this .
Dietitians and nutritionists have spoken against eating 1200 cal only a day because it is only efficient for a child. Speeding up your metabolism is a healthier and better way to lose weight. not eating like a six year old child which is an ED. also, I am not American.
@@FefaLazuwaittt! I think I just experienced this. I recently put myself back on a 1600 calorie diet abruptly because I need to shred immediately and I noticed my cycle stopped at day 4. does that mean I shocked my body or something?

Loved this video. I used to think 1200 calories was enough but it's definitely not.
Definitely not enough especially if u start working out on top of having a normal working day is not realistic
