This movie was a tradition for me starting at age 7 to watch on the last day of school. Ben Stiller became an actor I loved, Judd Apatow became a director I worshipped, and Paul Feig became an author that made me laugh at loud!
It's crazy to think that the people who made this movie: Stiller, Apatow, Feig and Covert were all in their late 20's to mid 30s! I was 7 when it came out and now am 34!
'95 was like the Wild Wild West of creating media for anyone, but it was able to pinpoint specific age groups flawlessly. Now people aged 10-80 are fed the same crap and are forced to react on cue.

The people who played Cody, Jerry, Phillip, Nicholas, and Roy are doing ok today. The kid who played Sam died, and of course we all know of the Josh/Shaun Weiss drug problems. I can’t find out what happened to the guy who played Sims

Me and my two brothers love the film, I've seen it alot, always funny every time, just watched it on Disney plus yesterday, even at age 39 I still enjoy it ❤

Ben's parents were actually a husband/wife comedy troupe in the 60s and 70s! That hardly ever happens nowadays. Couples who do music is pretty common, but couples who do comedy together is almost unheard of now!
The Mad Men of the 90s were the advertising executives that pushed the concept of "cool" onto pre-teen adolescents with food and snack products we know today are not health conscious, but do exist.
