    So relieved to know TLRV isn't dead and gone! Maybe I can call for warranty issues for the toy hauler I bought earlier in the summer. But so far so good.

    I do like the fact it comes with a solar panel because as your on the road you could have the lights and stuff off and have that charge up the battery and when you reach your resting spot the battery can provide power for several hours and its a great way to save money from your electric to paying for the bill on this as well

      Prior to adding solar and the rooftop ac/heat, they bragged about it being a solid piece down to the floor. Wonder about leaking with all these new attachments on top.

    Nice tall outside storage pocket, that with that small door you’ll never be able to use. LOL!

      @@Erin-Thor the Rove Lite series definitely wouldn't be my first pick unless I was driving a Tesla, Subaru, Hyundai, Volkswagen, Jeep, or any other vehicle with a unibody and Max tow of 3500lbs. Maybe you have a different vehicle so you're blessed with the ability to purchase something with more storage. Thanka for watching!!!

    Appreciate the vid; I’m puzzled by the steel components directly attached to Aluminum, two metals that cause a reaction and quick acid reaction to the aluminum. Hopefully you’ll do a walk through their larger XL models. Interested in the 17XL FQ … thanks

      Who makes an aluminum coupler? No one???

    • @buyrv
      @buyrv  Місяць тому +1

      You will be happy to know that Travel Lite has implemented a workaround for your concern. They do use an isolator between the aluminum and steel to ensure your concerns are properly addressed with an insulating gasket with great success both in real world and RV applications and is not a mickey mouse solution but an approved method of connecting aluminum and steel components with no damage. So if you were to remove the electric tongue jack and exposed the area sandwiched between the steel and aluminum you will find the fix. Hope that helps! :)

    Nice review! I'm surprised to see a bathroom that large in a trailer this small. And also impressed by the weight. Though I suspect all that aluminum fabrication comes at a cost.
    The steps are impressive too, but the fenders ... not so much.
    If you're going to put flat-top fenders on (which are just begging to be stood on for roof access) then it would be best to make them so they don't break off with more weight.
    But that's a minor detail. Overall, its a very nice trailer.

    Rv content creators need to learn to zoom out. This video is pointless if we can't see the layout

      @buyrv  Місяць тому

      @Randys4g hi Randy thanks for the feedback. The camera was fully zoomed out on many parts of the video. Unfortunately, some parts are simply too close and not enough room to zoom out further. Thanks for watching and the feedback to help me grow! 🪴

    There are other trailers in that class that are as light or lighter, just FYI. The Sunray 149 sport is 2260 dry

    For the price of the camper it has a ton of flaws if you look closely and the manufacturer needs to step it's game up.

    • @buyrv
      @buyrv  Місяць тому

      and this is exactly the reason why people should look at the RV they are going to purchase PRIOR to driving it off the lot or having it shipped to their home. every RV is different and will have their own imperfections. The great thing is the flaws you see are fixable and correctable during the PDI and Orientation prior to taking the RV home with you. :)

    dam all
    that glue on the roof looks terrible ....

    • @buyrv
      @buyrv  Місяць тому

      Hey there! Just a reminder, the roof on RVs is constantly exposed to harsh elements, especially UV light, which can cause the sealant to become brittle and crack over time. The excess sealant is actually intentional - the outer layer hardens, creating a protective barrier that shields the sealant in the crevices. This terrible looking dump of protection on the roof can help extend the lifespan of the roof and offer a few extra months or even years of protection from potential water damage.
      Remember, the roof is not to be looked at... it's to take a couple of lawn chairs, a cooler, and crack some cold ones on the 4th of July while enjoying the fireworks! ;)
      Hope that helps!
