Dr Gretchen, I viewed a short clip from you today on high stepping. I wondered if you will be doing a longer video with details (break down and what the benefits are)? I tried it-challenging and I want to know more. Thank you 😊

Thank you Dr. Gretchen. This video, along with yesterday’s webinar discussion, definitely helps me understand why I feel so all-over-the-place when I’m walking. I will be practicing those moves so my inner ear can acclimate to the new posture positions.

OMG, this is exactly what I've been dealing with; that feeling of falling backward! I'll be working on this!

I use a rollator and find myself leaning slightly forward which isn’t very good for my overall posture. I have the handles at the highest level. What should I do about this problem? Will I need to purchase something else? By the way you have an excellent channel, full of good tips.

How do you fit the backrest to the acre overlander?

I don't have the backrest for the overland, so I'm not sure. However, looking at their website, it looks like you might take the handles off (by unscrewing them), slide it on, then put the handles back on. I'm sure they have a training video on their site or youtube page, but I haven't checked.
