Couple of points. Catherine made a statement to explain why she WOULDN'T be back working after Easter, she stated the reason and that was all she said. She couldn't disappear from public for months on end without giving an explanation and even though the public KNEW she had had abdominal surgery and wouldn't be working it didn't stop the US media/social media/some nasty minded UA-camrs - looking at you Angela Levin, Piers Morgan and Dan Wootton in particular - from coming up with all types of fantastical reasons as to why she was in hospital and NONE involved normal abdominal surgery and an 8-10 week recovery period. People were calling for a police investigatIon BECAUSE SHE HAD SURGERY AND NEEDED TO RECOVER FROM IT for pete's sake. There is a slight difference between the Princess of Wales being deliberately hounded and bullied for daring to need surgery needing to explain why she would be disappearing from the public gaze for what could be the better part of the year and some seppo b**t who may or may not have needed to use padding during pregnancy (but boy, did it ever get her talked about which was probably the whole point of the exercise) and whose stupid husband is unable to tell the truth if it was staring him in the face about 2 kids who will NEVER be any closer to the throne than they currently are and who receive NO public funding of any kind from anyone needing to explain why her obsessive need to always be on the front pages made her act in a way that would guarantee just that.

The palace should have taken care of this long ago. It is in their best interest to make sure that they and their citizens have confidence in the line of succession being legitimate.
I believe that Prince Philip's last illness and death, along with the Late Queen's illness, made taking on such an earthshaking problem extremely difficult at the time. Plus, as Lady C has said many times in the past, all children, no matter how they came to be, have rights of their own. Children who are born from surrogates and/or are adopted must not have their information compromised. Their identities are strictly protected.

@@betht60 Their personal information does not have to be exposed. They simply need to be removed from the LOS, with a statement like: the children do not fulfil all the legal requirements to be on the LOS. The situation will be reviewed in a year's time.
They have no more privacy rights than any other of the royal children. We already know their names. It is the manner of their births that is at issue. If this were a normal, nonroyal child, that wouldn’t likely be important. However, as long as Meg and Haz want their children titled and in the LOS, then they need to prove that they have a legitimate right to be there. If they want to remove them from the LOS since they plan to keep them away from the UK, then they can keep all of their birth details as secret as they wish.
We need to all sign a petition demanding DNA test for those children. I personally don’t think Meg was ever pregnant. It’s all one big fat lie because they are liars.

It is not just DNA proof. It’s proof that she delivered those babies.
It's not just the DNA that is needed, it's proof that MM carried those 'children' & that they were of her body - so her eggs, delivered from her body, with witnesses. That is what we are entitled to know. Entitled by law to know - not just from curiosity. Even if a surrogate carried their biological child, that child is excluded from the LoS because it has to be born from the mother, the legal spouse of the Prince .

There doesn't need to be a DNA Test. To be on the Line of Succession these children need to be proven to be born of Meghan's body. I do not understand why you want to throw Charles under the bus. The queen was in the driving seat. The fact however is that the palace put out the notice of the birth stating that it was from a surrogate. They were forced to take it down after 8 hours because of a legal injunction notice. Not even the queen can go against that. They could then take the queen to court or sued her for an exorbitant amount of money

What a load of old bull they spin. Registrars do not make mistakes. Registrars are well versed in the correct forms of address and use of titles and honourifics. Because of the history of over 1,000 years behind the titles, hereditary rules and honourifics attention to detail is meticulous for legal documentation and recording facts. Palace staff are professionals not grifters.

I believe thst doctor is married to an earl. He came out and stated she was on holiday.
On the day of the birth didn't Harry tell the press something along the lines of "they change so much in the first two weeks"? Or something similar. The only thing that stood out was he said "first two weeks" on the day the birth was announced.

The first pic Meghan posted of Archie, immediately after birth, was a German baby wrapped in a green blanket. Meghan told the world, she hoped everybody enjoyed the photo of Archie as much as they did.....until the German mother came forward and claimed it was her baby.
So her pregnancy was highly, and hilariously, suspect; her birth was right out of a black comedy skit; and the first pic of Archie was bogus.

Remember Megain’s montecito baby doctor suddenly retired. She had an excellent reputation and many patients who were left confused and without a doctor. Her husband is an ivf specialist. It was never explained why she disappeared.

There are very strict rules for the Line of Succession. To be in the LOS, the kids must have the DNA of both parents, and Meghan must have physically given birth. Only if they weren't fraudulently put into the LOS, would nobody care. Transparency, legitimacy in the LOS matters....assuming, of course, Harry is legitimate. Meghan lied because she obviously wanted all the royal perks, she expected pensions for life, security for life. When British taxpayers pay, this matters. The kids aren't entitled to anything.

Yes!! I'm American and you can't just change a birth certificate. My husband adopted our two oldest in a step-parent adoption and only after the adoption process and court ruling, were their birth certs changed to reflect that he was their father.

Don't forget the American doctor at the Portland was named several times by m as the person who delivered the baby. Eventually her husband got fed up reading that and informed the media they should stop printing that as he and his wife were out the country on holiday at the time and so his wife did not deliver the child.

Apparently she went storming into the spotify office 2 weeks pre alleged birth but forgot to wear the moonbump. Some staff commented about it. But she also had changing bump sizes, just look at photos of her in the Oprah interview, she goes from huge in the chicken coop to approx 5 months down to barely pregnant.

No woman who is 8 months pregnant can squat down with her knees together, in 4 inch heels and no assistance getting up. There is NOWHERE for the bump to go when you squat down. That's more than enough proof for me.

It was a big thing when there were no obgyn signatures on the palace announcement. If they are in line to the throne everything should have been done by the book. I don't believe he had the laughing gas thing either. He would not have been allowed to have a surrogate's laughing gas.
