Building on the success of the popular ESP-LXM commercial controller, Rain Bird is pleased to introduce the ESP-LXD controller. The ESP-LXD controller has been designed to maintain the look, feel and ease of programming of the ESP-LXM controller but with an interface to a two-wire path for decoder-based irrigation.
The Rain Bird ESP-LXD controller can manage up to 50 stations but can easily be expanded for use with up to 200 stations. Flow Management is also built in to every ESP-LXD controller.

We set our Rain Bird irrigation system to automatic and for 20 minutes for three days each week, using program A. There are 1, 2, 3 station is normal operations, only 4 station the Rain Bird 5000 has problem, I took this photo sends for you. Only this one Rain Bird 5000 in NO. 4 areas always up and down (the sound as Dong -Dong) make the water pressure with vibration until to the Rain Bird 5000 same of the earthquake make me afraid. Though we set it to engage once a day. It pulsates rapidly and won’t stop even if I remove the control-panel plug from its wall outlet.

what's the controller doing in "Short Finding Mode"? limited the current to 200mA? appies 24V to the 2-wire, so you can measure the current?

Our Rain Bird ESP has Problem, never set up after noon time, but rain bird still worked all the water never stop, what can I do?
Even Reset still same of before yesterday, only to shut off the water pressure. Later open the problem coming again and this time to terrible than before.
Friend help us to setup only is A, never setup B, C, D. We tune off the stop work, rain bird still worked all the water never stop, water out and out, only shut off the water pressure make it stop water out. Now we are really falling headed don't know how to do? Don't know who can help, don't know to find which company to help. We just moved to Florida new house five months.

Friend coming to checked , He give us the idea goes to buy Solenoid, we bought it and changed , the Rain Bird 5000 looks like does not up and down and shake, but we open water pressed the water going out, we didn’t setup that time needs the water . Please tell me, what is happening in some of this problem. May be is the control panel the problem?
