Some other questions for DS 260
1. Under parents section they ask for surnames of father but for mother they ask for surnames at birth, so shud one be concerned about the difference ????
2. Must the start and end dates being filled in the DS 260 b accurate or one can just estimate ???
3.when filling in education at University do u consider end date as the one for ending last semester at university or the date when one graduated ???

Surname should not be concerned. Just fill whatever is on the documents.
Foe the university end date, use either. The last day of you exam or the time you graduated
