If I'm exiting from Mutual funds with around 50 lakhs lumpsum amount then on 49 Lakhs LTCG tax applied so how can i Exempt this tax . Can I exempt this tax by Investing 49 lakhs in Real Estate or NHAI bonds ? Please Reply.
When someone selling shares, that include "Capital" and "Profit". After selling Rs.1 lakh of shares how it is determined that which amount is profit and which amount is capital? To calculate LTCG total selling value beyond Rs.1 lakh should be taken ?
Hi Kalyani, We'd like to inform you that the long-term capital gain will be the difference between the selling price of the asset and the actual cost of the acquisition. Also, you can check P&l statement.
Content is really good. But your movement ( you moving centre to left and back) in the screen disturbs a lot. Please take care of this.. All good wishes..
