Hey the video is very nicely explained just a small doubt about the face value and share premium that i couldn't understand.... As you said for eg. A share costs ₹100 of which assuming ₹10 is face value thus making ₹90 of share premium but what role does face value play and in the case you took what happens to that ₹100 crores. I really don't get why the companies create a face value and how does it help?

if liabilities are equal to assets...than how we can judge a company having assets more than liabilities,as the balance sheets reflects them equal??
Assets = Liabilites + capital
