  • When you are at the Polo club or at home, nothing better than a good exercise to get fit to play Polo. These exercises will help you get in shape or stay fit. Camila Mejia Posada, founder of Krono Polo and passionate about fitness will guide you through 10 exercises.
    Depending on your level of fitness, you can do 10 to 12 reps per exercise with 15 seconds rest in between them and you can repeat the set 2 to 4 times, 2 times for warming up and 4 times for a full workout.
    1/ Should and Arm
    2/ Core and Back
    3/ Legs and Butt
    4/ Reverse and Side Lunge
    5/ Shoulder pass through
    6/ Side to Side
    7/ Bird Dog
    8/ Superman with Polo Stick
    9/ Abductors
    10/ Glute Bridge
    All you need to get fit is a floor mat, a resistance band and a polo mallet.
