Love all the echinachea ❤ it looks like that is Victoria Blue salvia if that's the case I find that overwinters for me and comes back like a perennial in Indiana zone 5b/6a.
I love this color combination! I need to add more peach/apricot color in my garden. Victoria Blue Salvia is one of my favorite flowers. I am in Illinois zone 6a (previously 5b). Like the other commentor, my salvia has returned. We had a mild winter last year, and I was pleasantly surprised that all my salvia that I left in the ground came back.
Everything looks so beautiful! You have motivated me to get out there and start tearing everything down! I also got hit with powdery mildew really early this year on my zinnias. I normally don’t see any until October. I was wondering if you treat the soil with a fungicide before planting zinnias the following year. I’ve heard it leaves spores that will overwinter and can spread to the plants again the following year. I plant in the ground though rather than the raised container beds. Also did your cosmos get it too? Mine did! It was everywhere this year. 😢
I also container garden! I’m curious about how you manage the perennials versus adding more annuals in the same raised bed? Do you ever find that your perennials have trouble coming up if you’ve added annuals to the same area?
So far, I’ve kept my perennials and annuals separate so I haven’t noticed an issue yet. However, based on how aggressively some of my perennials came back this year I’m thinking they would potentially overtake annuals 😆
Awesome 🤩
beautiful colors
Thank you!
Gorgeous
Thank you!!
Oh yes, doing the same thing here in Virginia
Is it starting to cool down for you over there?

I would love if it came back! I’m planning to leave all of these in the bed over winter and see which survive.

That’s why all my pansies came back too! I’m hoping for a mild winter again but I think I read it’s supposed to be the opposite this year 🤣
There’s always more plants to add 🤣
The limit does not exist 🤣
I’m getting ready to plant more lettuce and spinach!
Omg you just reminded me I still have more spinach seeds!!

My cosmos didn’t luckily!!

My broccoli failed me too 😂
My default now is that it will fail and I’ll be pleasantly surprised if it doesn’t 🤣
Where did you get the garden bed that the sun flowers and black eyed susan are in?
From epic gardening! I really like them bc you change adjust the depth for your needs.
I'm just curious what color pansies are you going to plant?
I want to get pinks and purples!
