So the Axis would have won if :
-Everybody liked them and didn't see them as warmonger ( except the allies )
-The Allies were potato
-The America were chilled
-The Axis didn't have a production problem
-The Axis got access to the best Tech and not using it stupidly ( like making the Maus )
-The Allies Give up on strategic teritories like the Suez, Midway, India
-The Allies declare war on neutral for no reason
-The Axis center of command were in sync ( working as one entities whit no will other than obey orders )
-The Soviet collapse for no reason ( IRL they got more casualties and didn't collapse )
-The Japanese didn't have problem of collaboration between the navy and the army
-The Chinese Didn't work together agaisnt the bigger threat
-The Switzerland wasn't neutral
-The German have a navy ( that's a good one bro XD )
-The Soviets didn't have industies ( huh ?! )
-The Axis didn't have partisans
-The Axis have infinite money glitch and infinite man power
-The Axis are immune to winter debuff
-Tha allies just give the Japanese everything
-The America Loose all they navy in one batlle ( Skill issue + Ration )
-Some Freedom fighter can hold all Allies forces
-Wait did the allies retreat from the Suez while they fleet were inside the med WTF ?!
-People just give up and join the axis ( It's not like they will kill you for being yourself... ho wait ! )
-The axis have no problem controlling 3/4 OF THE GOD DAMN WORLD
-The Axis have the Nuclear bomb ( IRL they rejected the idea because it was made by jewish people )
Other than that it seem pretty realistic not gonna lie
Don’t forget how easy and favourfull the balkan diaspra happened with stuff like attaturk you know the FATHER OF TURKEY being couped and then a faster modernaization and no british/french interference in greece which was for the brits a super important stratgic allience ow and bulugaria also gets couped and then starts sending troops to other theathers and doesn’t act like they did in both ww1 and ww2 or rather a very self intrested military action and then largely defened there stakes rather then help there allies ow and yugoslavia is just giving up there land even tho in real life they didn’t even allow axis troops to transport there srmy thrue yugoslavia but nah this time they will seed huge parts of yugoslavia ow and no partizans or chetniks who historically occupied an antire german battle group (even if it was a very small one)
Ow and lets mention the american navy getting fucked by one single battle not like they litterly could produce enough ships to sucide there entire navy and then in a year be ready to match the japanese navy probaly out match em at that

This is so weird because Portugal was also fascist at the time and no one promised anything to Saudi Arabia. Those promises were made to a whole different group of Arabs. The Saudis just emerged from the power vacuum left when the Ottomans were dismantled because no one was projecting power into the Arabian desert anymore, only along its coasts. America staying neutral and not at least mass arming here is a bit odd but for a fact when Italy starts showing up in North American waters, they’d commit at least to defending the hemisphere. I can’t picture that happening without America, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Australia, and New Zealand not all being extremely upset and working together, that latter two largely out of self-preservation with Britain falling. I imagine there’s a 50/50 chance of India joining too or fully rebelling against Britain for independence and then neutrality. I imagine they’d also have fairly decent success turning Argentina to their side with the recognition of the Falklands. As for Japan, there’s nothing stopping them from attacking China and French Indochina anyways. Beyond that, there would be zero success getting Japan to give up resources by that point, not least of all because they quite famously had no resources to give. Japan would have zero success invading Australia for the same reason they couldn’t and didn’t historically. They were already overstretched.

Most unrealistic thing is how Germany just swept through the Swiss, by then they already had lots of fortifications and bunkers

Fortifications can only do so much.
A lot of unrealistic moves, one of them being the Soviets not trying to influence states into becoming socialists at the begining, and them not being prepared despite England having already fallen(which was why they didn't believe the Germans would have attacked them).
And there's also most of the stuff with Japan and the middle east
The entire series is unrealistic, the last season ended with groups of allied forces from another dimension entering the greater nazi Reich which is kinda a dumb plot to end a good series

You’re not thinking of the former leader of Hejaz (who I forgot the name of), who then lost a war to the Emirate of Nejd and lost his country to the Saudi Dynasty. 4:20 realistically speaking portugal would ne er accept such thing because the govrernment in place was already kinda fascist plus spain was super weak after the civil war the people did not want another war and the portuguese would call that bluff, either way if they attacked portugal, it would be portuguese victory or a stalemate as the british would be aiding portugal, since the main reason ww2 started was because the nazis attacked a ally of britain so the invasion of portugal would be a guaranteed loss for the spanish

Honestly, this video is likely a Type 4 in Sliding Scale of Alternate History. However, this video is still good because I was amaze that you put other possible things here, despite unlike lt to happen early, that could made how would axis won. Early rise of fascism in south-eastern Europe, and exploiting the Nationalist China and Communist China bad relationship. (Those two thing was uncommonly explored. Glad someone have an idea and explored that.)
Aside from unlikely, in the mid to late, I saw two things that are possible, feels really likely, and could be happen if went that way. Japanese Invasion of Australia, and Axis Invasion of Iran. Although that axis is winning in Iran, it is possible not to end early due to focusing in the Soviet Front.
In the Africa front, honestly unlikely to happen but I feel you made some worth on that idea. WW2 whole Africa front was rarely explored in Alternate History until late war or after war. You made some good possibilities of possible revolution on their.
About Soviet and Japanese Front in Asia, you made more effort on their and feels the possibilities are likely to happen.
On Japanese Front, without China, they could launch and capture Pearl Harbor. They could possible have enough men to do so.
On the Soviet Front, you made a different way how would it end. You make it The Soviet collapse by some areas are abandon the hope of continuing the war and split up.
About Albert Einstein, not likely and not realistic to join up on bad side but anyway not bad of putting that. Because, that concept idea was also used in other works. In Konpeki no Kantai, the Germans use Albert Einstein to create a strong aircraft weapon for fighting against Japan when it became stronger and threatening to their ambition. They seems likely force and manipulate it to create that thing.

I think they joined the Allies because Germany and Italy were threatning them and eventually invaded, thats why the Allies guaranteed them early on, about the invasion itself obviously its not realistic
It would be cool for you to do the new order next, as it seems more realistic than man in the high castle. For example Italy was absolutely incompetent during the war, and Greece was actually fairly strong enough to hold back both German and Italian invaders. Heck German soldiers feared being deployed in Greece for how much they fought. That’s just Greece and Italy though. There’s way more utterly impossible situations in this alt history. Which is why I like TNO better.

This is very well made! I know its not your lore but Hitler allowing nukes is impossible. He declared that nuclear energy was "Jewish science."
The most unrealistic thing in this timeline is the Raj existing after the collapse of Britain, India had been promised independence after WW2 in our timeline and there was already political unrest against the British. Indian states (with or without partition) would immediately rebel against the British if Britain were to loose the war.
Possible history’s Halloween special of Stalin commanding zombies is a more realistic WWII scenario than man in the high castle

Several corrections on the East Asia front:
17:47 Japan had been invading China since 1933. Manchuria was already a puppet of Japan by then.
18:02 The PRC flag would be confirmed in 1949, way after the war ended. The flag you are looking for is the hammer and sickle.
18:14 The two sides were already at war before the Japanese invaded them, they paused it because guess who is the common enemy of both sides. The word you are looking for is "recommence".
18:16 The communists had the strongest foothold in Shanxi.
20:02 IRL these would have happened way before China capitulated.
Three things I noticed in this video: 1. The U.S. in this situation seems to have failed at reconstruction after the great depression, 2. The U.S. public being annoyed at the government was just a tidbit, but could've actually led to something else, and 3. Germany actually coordinated with Japan in the war, especially in India and the U.S.

There is no way the Axis could have taken Switzerland that easily. It is a very mountainous country and the Swiss were prepared to bomb all the bridges into the country and retreat into mountains and bunkers and fight until the end.

This isn't just unrealistic, but it just doesn't make sense. You can be a Jewish Atheist. That's what we call secularism. Hitler's ideology concerning the Jewish people mainly revolved around eliminating Ethnic Jews, not just those who practiced Judaism, and you can't just "un-Jewish" yourself by becoming Atheist. It's an ethnic religion. I'll insert Einstein's quote here:
“For me the Jewish religion like all others is an incarnation of the most childish superstitions. And the Jewish people to whom I gladly belong and with whose mentality I have a deep affinity have no different quality for me than all other people."
Considering the current situation, this is by no means a political comment, and just something to point out. We make mistakes and this doesn't detract from the really cool video you managed to put together. Props to you.
