I'm with you on the flooring, love it, I also love the ceilings just the right amount of texture, not popcorn, it helps with sound in your home, the layout is nice and of course the trim and fixtures, tile is the difference you pay, all in a great price for a high end home.

And at around $150,000 to $175,900 give or take, it's an affordable option for young families, as mom and dad would only have to make $37,900 or so a year combined to comfortably afford this abode.
Yes if you add in delivery set up, well, septic or sewage hook up, I have a little over an acre next to my mother in a great location, very convenient to things but just far enough outside of the city, they have water and sewer a little bit down the road, it's still on the rural side so I would have to get the well and septic, it's very next to impossible to find anything in this area less than $300k and that would be a small home and it usually needs work, this would be a low cost way to have a new home and customize it.

That kitchen deserved drawer over door bottom cabinets all way around the kitchen are kitchen drawers only reserved for doublewides and modulars I like the home other wise but two puney kitchen drawers would be a deal breaker for me anyway thanks for all you do and have a good night
That's where you need to use your imagination. You can use those things that unfold (a lot of people use them in their living room) but they can be used to hold drawer things and put them in the pantry or in one of the many cabinets around the kitchen and dining area. We just remodeled our entire kitchen and I only have 3 small drawers. Putting a lot of thought how to use the cabinets wisely. I also told my fiancee - no junk drawers. Everything has a place
The only things I'd change is to put the closet organizer at the end of the closet, so that the door would open onto the bedroom not the bathroom. And I'd make the countertop in the dining room ONLY a few inches wider to accommodate the holiday stuff. It doesn't need to be a second eating bar, just a few inches wider makes a big deal.
My ideal single wide, (Two BRs One bath) Covered 8 foot porch. Enter into that kitchen, living room, the back two bedrooms, 8x12 & 12x16 a larger bath, 8x10 and a massive 3 x 15 closet at end!
There are some things they wait until set up to do, just like fixing any imperfections, or they just may have not gotten around to finishing the set up.

This is beautiful and has a great Floorplan. My biggest complaint is no matter how nice they look, they still use cheaper materials and non-residential materials. Doors should be framed and same quality materials. Cabinets should be the same. If they did those upgrades the homes may stand up to normal life as well as stick built. Many homes are using 1990's walls, doors, cabinets, and tubs. When used they show wear faster. Quality materials would make them look residential and wear like residential. We see flash but it's usually just decor, not strength. The new ones ARE beautiful.
I keep seeing this barn wood type tile in their showers. I guess there would be people that like to shower in an outhouse. It kind of looks cheap and as if it needs to be repainted. Not a fan.
I have a question why do they never put shutters on the back of the house's? It's not like your never going to look back there or have people over to see the back it always just makes me cringe lol
Not a fan of the wood (cedar?) shutters on the windows…..doesn’t look right. Love the flooring. Too many of the homes today, whether stick built or modular have that awful variegated gray flooring, it’s the worst. Beautiful kitchen area, love the pantry. Just personal preference….the master bath is great, but the tile(?)on the walls of the shower is awful if looks dirty. The floor of the shower is great.
When are u going to figure out no more Black, no more gray, no more weird light fixtures and barn doors? And yes those of us who cook need a hood over the range not a microwave. You need an exhaust.
Two drawers in kitchen are nowhere near enough. Prefer appliances that I am familiar with. No mirrors above master sinks. Do not like closets in bathrooms! Would not like this home.

I'm with you except for the carpet, area rugs can easily be replaced or cleaned but I know folks that have to have it in their bedrooms.

Beautiful home. The master suite bathroom is missing the mirror above the sink. The other rooms the closest are small.
