Thanks for the motivation!
I have a garage door company in Miami and the competition is tough. Ratings on google and years in the market is what gets you those calls/ bids for project manager high is where the big money is at
What do you mean by project manager high?
@@cytycoone I meant to say Bids for projects* meaning new construction where you get big projects of like 50-60 doors etc
Sir im about to start i hope this is worth it
How do you know what to charge in the market? I live in GA and I doubt I would be able to charge as much as you do in these videos.
I guess my question comes from inventory management. Springs, cables, sections. Storage or struts
What are some solutions you have thought of? Thanks! I got 4 years of experience so far!
Oh, yeah, +1. I was thinking about purchasing their training; however, I need to be sure that this part is covered in details. I know that in the end it's all about messing around and finding out what is going to work, but some basics are needed.
Also big difference between residential and commercial. Not everyone can work on a 20 by 20 rolling steel. Need a lot of experience for that.
ANOTHER GREAT VIDEO! KEEP THEM COMING GUYS! Oh yeah, I was wondering on average how long does it take for you to start getting calls once you are all set up?
Thanks again, Patrick, we appreciate you!
To answer your question:
It depends on your advertising strategies! There are several different methods of advertising, the most popular is pay-per-click advertising, and there are several different sites that use pay-per-click, or "PPC." Hey sir thanks for the inspiring video… iv been doing garage doors for about 6 years.. I’m 28 now and I’m thinking about starting my own company and making some real money.. I’m just a little intimidated about the starting of the business and all the paperwork that goes into it… do you have any suggestions about how to take the first step? Tia
Same boat brotha. I just took the leap
Hi sir it's miguel from Florida can you make a video about working with realtors and how do you charge them thank you respectfully miguel from Florida
We’ll try to have a video covering that in the future! 👍
hello there, thanks for the great vid.
ive been working for a garage repair company for two years now and im considering starting my own business.
i know that in order to get license id need 4 years and the company or whoever with the contractors license to sign me off. can an individual like me who has 2 years of experience start this without the 4 years? & just not charge more than 500 per job?
Definitely, this is a model a lot of people use in states that require a contractors license. As long as you’re under the contractors price cap, you don’t need a contractor’s license to actually do the work
He said 40k a day!? Yea right man
I know that the company making 40k a day has 11 technicians working there. It’s no joke.
Companies that are combining garage doors with custom fabrication can close $250k/month per salesperson ez
