Hey Stephanie! I love your presentation, and thank you for specifying that your concern is undereye troughs and dark circles. Mine has been the very deep caverns alongside the bridge of my nose. Sometimes these areas have a bluish cast, depending on the level of insomnia warfare. But always present are small, walnut-shell-textured brownish spots caused by the nose pads of my glasses. I have rosacea with ocular affect, and I work daily in dusty, pollen-filled gardens, so please please don't tell me about contact lenses. Anyway, I've discovered a couple of ways to deal with texture and dark color issues. All products are drugstore, less than $10. each. For the everpresent brown spots only, my favorite is Hard Candy's Sheer Envy Peach Corrector. Thin enough to spread easily, thick enough to cover almost as a concealer. I also use this one on hyperpigmentation spots, rosacea splotches and other facial problems in general. I prefer to apply all these types of products with my fingertips, so I remove the germ-breeding spongetips and just use those products without it. And I always start with a generous application of a vitamin C eye serum or cream to the eye area except for the lids, and allow it to sink in and dry. Then I apply a tiny bit of SPF to my undereyes and let that dry, even though my glasses are self-darkening to the darkest level available. When the blues appear, my favorite color corrector is actually a lip product: Wet N Wild's Cloud Pout Lip Mousse in a dark coral shade, Marshmallow Madness or a lighter medium pink shade, Pour Some Sugar On Me. I've also used Girl, You're Whipped, a shade that falls somewhere between the other two. These lip paints have a nicely emollient, creamy texture that spreads well and sets up fairly fast. I apply just a spot or two of L.A. Girl Pro Conceal in Vanilla and blend it over the color corrector(s); usually there is no pilling, separating or creasing with either product. Then I set the areas with Rimmel's Stay Matte pressed powder in the shade Translucent; I honestly haven't found anything better for setting makeup than this cheapie. Fortunately for the eight other concealers I own and cuss at on regular basis, the Cloud Pout product has been evicted from WalMart, CVS and other in-store displays - not sure if it's totally been discontinued - so I'm scrounging through clearance bins to find whatever shades I can that are close to these corals and pinks. So there you have my favorites. Not a high-end pricetag in the bunch! And I'm sharing this here bc I know you simply can't get to all the products that are out there, no one can! Maybe someone else can stop swearing at products during their morning routine. And maybe someone else in your vast audience will have an affordable solution to what I can do when I can't find anymore of that excellent lip mousse product! Thanks for the video!

I’m 68 medium tone complexion and loving the Pacifica #11. I first correct with Nikol just peachy or MAC color correct palette in light/medium. I set with Beauty Pie one and done corrector or Pat McGrath. I also use the Dior Forever concealer as well. It takes 3 products to accomplish what one used to do in my 20’s🤷♀️
I'm 57 with oily skin and wrinkles. Humid hot climate. I have dark circles and wrinkles under eye, but not too dry.
I've found a primer to fill in wrinkles works some. I focus more on color correcting dark circles.
I never powder because it settles into lines and sweats off with streaks lol.
I swear by Mally clear face defender instead of powder. Seems to help keep products on and doesn't settle.

What a great and timely video with all the new launches! I agree with you about the cle de peau under your eyes. It can be more drying, but what I actually love using it for is extra coverage in my t-zone, redness around my nose and on some hyperpigmentation on my face. I have combo skin so the way it dries down to almost powder finish is perfect for these places on my face. It really lasts on me, at least. I actually preferred the old formula, but I guess any extra spf anywhere can’t hurt. I know it’s expensive. Nordstrom has markdowns on it occasionally and I wait to get mine then, but the stick lasts forever and so if I just want to cover marks on my face, even out a few spots, I love having that little stick. Love for spot concealing. I need to check out the tom ford. Have you tried that on any areas of your face? Would be curious which you prefer for face coverage on blemishes, dark spots, etc…thanks for another great roundup!

I’m loving the fenty under eye brightness. I’m have dark circles and hollow under eyes. Also puffy eyes. I cover everything with it then use concealer strategically in the small part that’s still needed

Thank you, great pics here, im going to order the “Pacifica” concealer seems like its a great one, a great concealer that has worked amazingly for me is the “Giorgio Armani luminous silk concealer” i have very dry under eyes and its the only concealer that does no dry out my under eyes and barely creases or settles in to my fine lines.

Wow, fantastic review/round-up! Thank you so much. I know what you mean about the Cle de Peau concealer, I could see how that would be disappointing after comparing it to the creamier TF one. I’ve had the CDP stick concealer for a couple years now and find that it’s best for covering hyperpigmentation (on face or near eyes), but generally need something less dry for right under the eyes. Love the Cle de Peau concealer though for those hard to cover spots. You don’t need corrector! And it lasts all day. I hope you can find a use for it that you like :)
I have to say the only undereye concealer that truly covers and works on my 45-yr old undereyes now is the new Chanel correcteur yeux 😬 it’s pricy but amazing. I don’t need any other concealer now!

Great timing on this video because I was looking for some new concealer. I like the formula of the nyx serum but I don’t like the form it comes in I prefer a wand.
I need to try the Tom Ford one, although $60 is a bit steep for me. Would you say this is one of your ultimate favorites now? I may need to wait for a sale to try it. I’m looking forward to your foundation roundup! I am hoping you are reviewing the new MUFE powder foundation. The previous one has been my favorite powder foundation for years. I’m just not sure which shade I add m in this one.
I have a drawer full of concealers and correctors none of them work! At 67 the wrinkles are way deeper and then there is the deep troughs and if you powder to set it just gets worse. Everything just creases no matter what you do. None of the products out there are made for the more mature women. Cosmetic companies really need to do better for the women who are spending the real money on their products. Thanks for your research and trying.

Have you tried Nyx BareWithMe concealer. I can't set my undereyes with powder. I'm in my 50's. I have aging eyes. Depending on the foundation, sometime I just use that
Have you watched @the hooded lid ?? She has those also. She is amazing with her reviews on troughs. She is 60 and has some great videos for them ! She does do mostly luxury but they are worth it maybe for you ??

I am always on the hunt for the best concealers for my mature under eyes. So far I have found the best is the Fit Glow concealer and corrector and the Haley’s Beauty concealer. Have you tried either one?
Pacifica concealer is my favorite. It's not perfect, but for my dry undereyes, it works better than anything else. I tried the Ole Henriksen banana and found it to be too drying. Thank you for your video.

I'm always game to try new concealers. At my very mature age I don't need the fine lines accentuated under my eyes. My favorites are still Lancome Teint Idole, Dior Forever Skin Correct and Dior Backstage. I'm very intrigued by the Tom Ford concealer. I have never been able to set my under eye concealer 😔. Everything I've tried dries out my under eye area too much. Is there such a thing as a moisturizing, very light powder that doesn't mattify? 🤷🏼♀️

I really ,ove your reviews. So thorough. I’m 62. I have a few I just started getting a little dark under eyes. Never have before. I have to try some of these !! I still reach for my ELF, MY Dior, and Nars. I do have GEORGIO ARMANI , it’s darker peach, I now use for a corrector under my concealer. Catrice concealer. Still love. Edit. I'm 50 and have dry, lined and darkpuffy under eyes ( yay). I've been using the Bobbi Brown concealer and the corrector sticks to great success - just warm them up on back of your hand first and use fingers to apply. The NYX concealer (bare with me serum concealer) is also amazing 😍
I wanted to try that NYX one but I couldn’t find a good color match for my skin 😢
I'm 75 and love the Nyx serum concealer after the Bobbie Brown color corrector

The lightest shade of Tilbury's Magic Vanish works wonders on my paler skin, even with no concealer!

I love givenchy prisme libre concealer! It’s all I’ve been reaching for since purchasing ❤️❤️❤️ I want to try more products from their line 😊
The Prisme Libre powder has been a holy grail for years and I can't recommend it enough! I'm vampire pale and Moussaline Pastel is perfect for evening out my skintone, color correcting and brightening without looking dry or cakey on my 43 yr old combo dry skin. I use it as a finishing powder and also on its own over concealer as it's incredibly blurring. I bought the Prisme Libre green corrector and concealer but returned them because both contain glitter/sparkle that's incredibly noticeable on my skintone.

It's not a new product but I can’t find much in the way of reviews. Have you tried the revolution line rehab undereye primer? I'm very intrigued because I'm 53 and battling fine lines. It's supposed to smooth and blur the undereye area, prolong the wear of concealer and reduce creasing! It sounds like a miracle and I'd love to hear your opinion xx
I was excited to try the banana bright sticks when they came out too but I couldn’t even tell I had a brightener/corrector on, it was a bust, unfortunately
Hi Stephanie! My go to for years has been the Too Faced concealer. It seems to do some magic under my eyes. I do try most new releases and always end up returning. Until I heard of the Neutrogena creamy concealer. This is a dupe for the Too Faced I think. It’s beautiful. I’m 62 with wrinkles yet this softens them and lasts all day. So for anyone my age with wrinkles they should try it.

Love all of the reviews. Thank you. I recently picked up the loreal Prime lab primer in the orange shade (Redness Reducer) and I've been using it for my 52 year old dark circles under my eyes. It's the best corrector I've ever used. It sets, never moves when I apply concealer and doesn't make my undereyes look dry. It actually keeps my concealer in place all day! Have you tried it?

Hello! I tried the wet&wild 5-in-1 setting. I have light to medium olive skin tone. It did give me a white cast no matter how little I put. It was a return.also it did not help for my for my tzone shine 😢

it does have a scent, not too strong in my opinion but it is noticeable.

Those Givenchy colour correctors seem similar to the new Tarte and ELF ones, and the peach NARS one. The prices are very different, so I do wonder how these correctors compare.

Hi Steph! I think the more products you put underneath your eye the worse it’s ging to look…..especially as we age! I use Dior underneath my foundation, powder it, foundation….then I may or may not use Neutrogena stick concealer. Works well for my aging eyes and doesn’t look like too much!
Hi! Absolutely! I normally advise against using foundation in that area since it dries down. Using a thin layer of corrector under a skin like concealer works well for most since it allows you to use less of each 👍🏼 I’m glad that works so well for you! 💗
Yah i agree with you about the cle de peau, ive tried the cle before and not really impressed.
I use the Pacifica concealer shade 11 with elf peach color corrector 👌👌👌👌👌 my under eyes look 10 years younger
I've enjoyed the Sephora Bright Future Gel Serum concealer. It's hydrating with light/med coverage. Perfect for everyday . I start with color corrector for my dark troughs then light "taps" of concealer. Very natural look ! Im 52 yo with dry fine lines undereyes.
Sorry, would rather spend over $70 on skincare than concealer
Just an FYI--blue corrector works great under eyes too for discoloration :)
Thanks so much for these reviews. I am 59 years old and have dark circles with hollows. I live in Mississippi so it's hot!! I have tried so many high end and drugstore concealers. I would like to hear your thoughts on the Colleen Rothschild tinted eye cream as a color corrector.

Stephanie I watch all your UA-cam videos and I remember you saying you have hollows which make you look like you have bags under your eyes; I have this same problems..I would like to try your eye routine because no one would ever know because you have found the answer. I need your help. I am also very dry . Thank you for any help you can give me.
I have undereye creases from my inner corner that have always been there because of my eye shape so no matter what concealer settles in those creases and looks worse if I powder there.
What is your your top one out of all of them?
Please try “Fiera” concealer. I heard about it thru UA-cam and Facebook. And apparently it’s an amazing concealer for 40+.

Unlike the Pat McGrath concealer. I hardly need more than a few pinpoint drops and then blend is with my finger and finish off bouncing with a sponge. The tube lasts forever!

I like that Pacifica have swapped around the shade numbers - just because we're used to 'lowest being lightest' for most brands doesn't mean that's how it should be full stop. It feels more inclusive what Pacifica is doing. There's definitely another brand that does it too but I can't think who it is right now and it's bugging me.

For $75 dollars, imo u shouldn’t have to heat it up with ur fingers in order for it to work properly. For that price point, fingers, straight with the bullet, a brush, it should work the best regardless how u apply it.

I see you put concealer on the outside corner of your eye.. I see a lot of people do this- does it not accentuate fine lines?
I put concealer there because I have a green vein in that area. Depending on the concealer it doesn't emphasize the fine lines in the crow's feet. From what I understand other people put concealer at the outer Corner because of the Shadow that's cast there and it just brightens it up. My concealer doesn't settle into lines but even if it did I'd rather have that than the bright green vein showing.

These aren’t top concealer videos but reviews. I review new concealers and concealers I haven’t tried before in my roundups :) I say that in the intro to make things clear 💗 But because I test so many, favorites change. I’m updating my top favorites soon
@@StephanieMarie thank you for explaining!:) makes sense, would be interesting if you would also mention in the video how the new liked ones compare to your best ones, otherwise there is no reference point for us who are choosing:) I am in search for a concealaer now, so watched so many videos and in the end end up confused hehe, Will be waiting for your new video of all time favourite ones:) I want a strong coverage but also not drying and i feel like those that have strong coverage are mattifying and i think mattifying always drying? Apply aquaphor over eye cream each night. It makes a world of difference
The Belif Peat Miracle eye cream is amazing. It's pricey at $58 but a little goes a very long way and it takes me almost a year to go through one jar. It's incredibly moisturizing and healing and looks beautiful under concealer.
