Granted it's a weak one, but you look at the ground and you can see debris, plus people all think that it's going to be flashes of light and buildings flying around. Well it's not when it's over nothing but farm land and pasture. And we are happy it was only a small one.
Looks like low lying scud clouds. I see some rotation like action but would be hard pressed to say it is a tornado. Or even funnel cloud. Just my unprofessional opinion.
