Howard scene does play into a larger story. Whoever slipped that auditions flyer under Mabel's door knew that Howard was house sitting for Mabel and knew of Howard's dream of becoming an actor. This means it's someone who is familiar with Howard.

@@luvprue1 it also could be someone was paid to slip it under every door and just happened to be perfect for Howard and good for pushing the story forward to get the real scoop from the Westies, so might be just a plot device.

At the beginning of this episode, when Charles shows the 2nd murder board, he said that he and Sazz shared the same rare blood type. Further hints they are brother and sister.

@@SavageThrifter I’m glad someone picked that up. I like to drop little bits and Easter eggs in my videos to see if someone catches it 😏
I feel Dr Maggie was in one sided love with Sazz and because Charles was stressing Sazz (she mentioned about a bad relationship), she tried to kill Charles but instead killed Sazz. And because she is a Chiropractor she is strong enough to carry Sazz's body to the incinerator. Also her voice resembles the voice on the ham radio.
And the most important clue i have is in the promo when they show that a woman picks up the gun and aims, that looks exactly like her...
Good theory
My wild prediction -
Maybe Eugene Levy will start dressing like Charles while he's working up his movie role.
Then... he might be the next one murdered.

My kid had a cool thought about Bev Melon being Jan's perfect sister...since we FINALLY got our twin for Ben Glenroy after all the twin hints and theories last season. And then all the sibling hints. This could be fun. But I will say I still think Bev Melon has extra motive for wanting their Life rights like she knows something in their lives is even BIGGER than their podcast and might lead to next season...
Makes sense... That would explain how Bev knows about Sazz's paradise property

@@MovieFiles she is so happy for that comment. She is a budding mystery writer at the tender age of 11 and watches a very mommy edited version of this show but knew Jan was suspicious right from the start. The year of the risque artwork was a really hard one since it kept popping up in odd places. I had to watch it completely and make notes where to pause and ask her to leave lol.
Funny that the producers are named THE BROTHERS SISTERS.
The use of the exact phrase “crazy ex-girlfriend” makes me wonder if Helga will be played by Rachel Bloom. 😃 Could it be her voice we heard on the radio?

Loved the Paul Rudd/ Banshees of Innesherin cameo! Maybe that can won him an Emmy. It was so over the top, top o the mornin to ya style comic relief that makes OMITB special.

i think sazz was talking about jan. charles said that she was gonna leave her and she didnt know how to
edit: jan was a westie btw, she should know something , but i know she didnt kill her
I’m fairly sure Jan lived in the south tower by the angle at which Charles watched her through the window.
That can definitely be the case and yes I don’t think Jan killed her but she will most likely come back into the story and be important to the reveal
I'm hoping something happens to Howard 😂like he might get killed off or the killer does something as a Warning to stop the trio from investigating. But seriously this season I'm really hoping that the killer isn't anyone that we have met and is a big threat to Charles because there's alot of plot holes that needs to be solved since season 1 like Who poisoned Oliver's Dog?? Who left the Note at Jan's apartment?? Has the killer been targeting Charles since season 1? So much to unpack.
I can definitely see Howard neither getting hurt or dying for the season 5 case

Elliot. The voice in the ham radio didn’t say that Sazz got killed for asking questions. They said the last person that asked questions got killed …
Helga isn't a very common name. In(I think it was Season 1) Cinda has "massage with Helga " on her calendar. I don't trust Cinda. She's appeared in every season, so far. If she shows up this season, I feel she has something to do with all of this. The 1st time I saw Bev, she gave me Cinda vibes, but maybe that's just me, lol.

I think Howard may be the killer or will be somehow a big part of the story. Mabel and Oliver both kinda have been using him and I feel like he’s gonna be used my Charles too in a later episode
Yeah we never saw Howard as a killer but maybe all this stuff makes him killer in next season so he finally gets their attention or he is finally killed so he can get their attention in flashbacks like the other victims. Either way will be very sad. We like Howard 😢
Howard's is growing increasingly bitter towards the trio...xould be that they are setting him up to be the victim or the killer for season 5

I think Saz with an S isn't dead. I think she's apart of this fake death scene. Saz is nearing the end of her career. A stunt persons life isn't a long one due to chronic pain and older age. As we see in the bar. Saz is trying to make money off one last gig before she retires. This gig involves the trio in solving this crime. Saz is possibly taking the cut of the proceeds of this movie the trio is getting involved in.
Yes, he says "Zazz" but Eliot is such a cutie pie and a great content creator that I just let go. 😊

With all the talk about Ghosts, it's kind of ironic that Oliver calls his fake Instagram account, "Ronnie". Probably the most famous Ronnie I can think of is Ronnie Spector. A lot like SPECTER, which is a "visible disembodied spirit".

Whatever's happening with Bev Melon and the Westies -- the only apparent link between them was Sazz, so although the Westies don't seem that dangerous, they aren't completely red herrings, I don't think...
Yeah I’m very curious to see what Bev has to say next week but I wouldn’t be surprised if next week is one of those episodes that focuses on a lesser known character
I think the picture you use in the header is a COLOSSAL spoiler! I didn't know Paul Rudd was going to be in this episode until I saw it (the episode that is). The header might spoil a big surprise.

I definitely had the theory that Howard might be the killer but I feel like he actually might be the next murder in the building for season 5 since it has been greenlit. I think this was a good filler/misdirection episode cause everything we been given they have given an answer about it. I wonder how they are going to answer the ending of the director holding them at gun point.
I think this goes back to the original story potentially that somebody was trying to kill Charles. But then the question is why was she investigating and writing down all of the evidence.
It’s going to be an interesting ride into the second half of the season soon.

I’m not sure how this ties up yet but the Xmas sweater guy picked up Sazz and put her in the incinerator. He works out and the fact his ex was on the ham radio is suspicious
Daphne Rubin-Vega (Mimi Marquez)'s daughter is the one who shot Sazz, but others must be involved.

I base this on the "Perfect Strangers" song from Episode 3, drawing a parallel to Hitchcock's "Strangers on a Train." The ham radio serves as a connection between the murderer (Daphne's daughter) and the Hollywood "Mastermind" that orchestrated the murder. Someone from Charles's past likely has a grudge-possibly Bev Melon. She brings in the Brothers Sisters, who because of their age, contacted Daphne's daughter, promising her a "shot" in Hollywood in exchange for taking a "shot" at Charles.

In Episode 1, Daphne's daughter appears with heavy makeup (mother said "fix your face"), possibly covering a scope bruise on her eye, and expresses a desire to "get out of this place." In Episode 4, she complains about being unable to get the rent-controlled apartment, but Mabel can. She may hold a grudge against Charles because of the agita he causes her father due to her mother's crush on him. The theory goes that her desire to escape and resentment toward Charles provide enough motivation to "take the shot" for the real grudge holder.

@@MovieFiles - Inez's daughter is named Ana. Mabel mentions / shows Sazz's last selfie on Insta, which is in Helga's back office at Concussions. One other follower is noted & named "A*Machado". Could Inez's and Ana's last name be Machado? If so, why would Ana be following Sazz? They don't know each other.
It has to be a cast of culprits this szn. Ana probably doesn't have the strength to move Sazz but the Irish Ben Glenroy does. He keeps seeing rats. Is he projecting cuz he did Sazz dirty? Perhaps upset at Charles for punching his "number 1" in Szn 3, as well as blames him for the loss of his employment?
The brothers' sisters are starting to come into play. I'm thinking Helga or possible that sazz has a secret or previous lover.

Is Charles awake at the end? Or is he still knocked out on the table in the stunt double bar? I know he opened his eyes a bit but the same piano music continued through his dream and into the end while they’re being held at gunpoint. He may still be out I think.
Notice that sazz only had dudenoff name written on her desk notes... It didnot mention the other westies on the 14 floor). Many be sazz was herself directly In contact with dudenoff.. May be using the vacant.. apt to keep an eye on charles..
