Casually skimming past the part where this costs $30 per month
That's before paying for passky itself. It's only free up to 100 passwords, after that it's 2 USD/month. BitWarden makes way more sense.
@@pieterrossouw8596 lekker Pieter 👍
LMAO. Bitwarden alert pops up in the middle of the vid
Bitwarden?
has Linode brand been discontinued?
Vaultwarden? No?
LastPass? Everyone?
Too many breaches and handled poorly... I've been on BitWarden for a long time personally but even at work we're looking to get away from LastPass.
@@pieterrossouw8596 "even at work" 🙈
Passky Offers several features LastPass doesnt that makes the use of it so much nicer and customizable, with that being said passky's XChaCha20 and Argon2id encryption is significantly more secure than LastPass's AES256. It just depends on how much you want your passwords to be secure, XChaCha20 and Argon2id are almost impossible to crack where as AES has several known flaws.
@@Troobeli69? I use BitWarden for personal passwords and at work we use LastPass Enterprise. I've had my own annoyances and growing distrust of Lastpass, but that's never really mattered since I needed to use it for work.
With the recent and sustained reputation damage LastPass has suffered we're reconsidering our enterprise license with LastPass - that's I think 6 USD per month for over 300 developers and many administrative staff. That's a tiny company, big corporates are also likely reconsidering their offering due to LastPass' poor handling of security and breaches.
