I mean, no lies detected. He constantly called the music The Birthday Party made garbage in the press, and I can’t imagine how that was for morale. It’s a wonder Rowland was as forgiving as he was. One can only hope that their relationship outside of music was less contentious, which I’d believe. Sometimes someone who makes a perfect friend makes an awful teammate in other contexts. It’s a tricky place to be in. Rowland’s comment about bands being like marriages is very apt.
@@EQuinn-cr9ocHonestly though I don't think Rowland ever really completely "forgave" Nick. In interviews written alot of them talk about how Rowland felt almost abandoned by the band, and how even though he came back to work with Nick on a Bad seeds record he was still a bit bitter. Honestly though Nick and Rowland are both creative geniuses in their own right.
Hmm, if you links his words "Nick says a lot of things", with his attitude towards Bluxa "mr.Bargeld", and also that the band "Birthday party" disbanded in 1983, then they tured Germany and Nick met Blixa and became obsessed with him, then many conclusions can be drawn. It's said that disease of the liver appear from excessive grief. Uh, really just wanted to write that I like Howard art and his amazing guitar playing.
GCF: Oh, don't BE so VULGAR, my dear. Rowland wouldn't like it. Gush and gawk and fangirl over your heroes as much as you like (I certainly do) but don't be vulgar about it. I'm only joking, of course. Say whatever you like about Rowland. He would probably laugh, if he was here to hear you.
Rowland constantly looks tired & fed up with everyone. This why I love him
You must like cats.
the thing that people overlook about Rowland is that he was really funny
No one picks up on Aussie humour, hence why people think nick and rowland are so morbid
I do. I'm Polish😂😂😂
Edit: Did I say this?
Well, it is morbid. That's the whole point.
"Nick says a lot of things..."
Ha! Ha! Ha! I thought that was the best part of the interview, too. Nick DOES say a lot of things, doesn't he?

@@DEERXING on top of that, Nick didn't come to Rowland's funeral
This is important.
