What do you think about my conclusions on this Dior Plan the Paris collection? Have you purchased anything from this collection? Are you enjoying your picks so far?
Dior customer service is awful!! A package they sent me a few years ago got lost in the mail, and they would not refund me for a month nor would they send out a replacement. By the time they offered to do that, the item was sold out. It was really frustrating. I got the gray/ silver and the pink quint. I am extremely happy with both. I’ve used both multiple times and am glad I have them. I was considering getting the warm quint when it comes back into stock…until your video. I like that the gray and the pink are glittery. I only wanted the warm if it was glittery, too. I had no idea it wasn’t as glittery as the other 2, because I haven’t seen it reviewed on UA-cam. I bought Coral Flame this summer and I’ve already gotten a bunch of use out of it. If the new warm palette isn’t glittery, it’s too similar to the Coral Flame I already have. In fact, I think Coral Flame is more versatile. I think the blue quint is beautiful, but I have plenty of blue shades for the amount of blue I actually use.
Thanks Lisa! Yes, I think Coral Flame is overall a better color story, at least it has more brown shades. I have to add though that the texture of Coral Flame is more powdery. The only glitter shade in Saint-Honoré is the top right shade
Thank you so much for confirming that Chanel Songe d'Été is prettier than Dior. I was considering buying a Dior nail polish, but I'm happy sticking with my Chanel one for now. As for the Dior Plan de Paris collection, overall, I like it, but the price is a bit steep. I also wish brands would come up with more interesting color stories instead of just monochromatic ones. I bought three quints: L'Étoile, Champs-Élysées, and Montaigne. I think Montaigne is the best in terms of color story and finish. It's such a sophisticated palette. I don't think anyone would be missing out if they decided to skip this collection, but I just couldn't resist it myself. I think I'm craving baked gelée textures-that’s my only explanation, lol. Sorry if I'm repeating myself, but I really appreciate your channel! You're the only person on UA-cam whose preferences and tastes in makeup closely align with mine.
I think I will do the same and I will end up buying them all. Just I can’t this month, but I’m pretty sure these quads will be available for a while, given the steep price. I love this formula and I don’t care about buying something because is new. Actually I plan to purchase older releases, driven only by the formula. I will dedicate a video about my wishlist! Thank you so much for your kind words! Knowing that someone appreciates my videos means a lot to me ❤️
Dior customer service is terrible. I ordered last time from them 2 years ago... When a similar thing happened and I waited a full month to finally receive a completely beat up package with products flying loose around on the inside...

@@bobmindset looking forward to watching the video about your current wishlist! 😘❤️ And yes, I’m sure these palettes will be available for a while!
Thank you for saving me some money :)! I will definitely skip this collection. I will look into the Guerlain quad :).

I would say, when in doubt - don’t buy it. Wait for something better to comes along. 😊
Yes! That’s a good rule to stick to 😘
